Usually this is my go to place for coffee and hot chocolate. On Thursday, October 13 I arrived around 7:00 AM and waited in line for over 20 minutes with about 6 cars in front of me. When I got to Order there was a gentleman’s voice that sounded like he was asking me for my order and I told him I wanted 2 hot chocolates and a small black coffee he said I’m sorry could you repeat that again so I told him again and he repeated it. A few minutes later a girl comes on and asked me for my order and I said I think I already gave my order 2 hot chocolates and a black coffee. So she flippantly hung up a saying oh so you ordered. I continued to wait another 5-10 minutes in line; got to the window there was obviously a new girl at the cash register and she appeared flustered. She didn’t have my order. The girl that I told her I already gave my order was in the background laughing. (She was the person that was supposed to be taking the order but I heard the guy because they were standing so close together asking someone at the counter and it sounded like he was asking me.) There’s a lot of confusion for sure. Then the new girl at register says we don’t have hot chocolate. I don’t know if they didn’t have it that day or if she couldn’t find it on the register. But which ever I didn’t have any more time to wait. She was expecting me to just drive off with nothing. Really? Girl taking ordersI laughing in background. I said do you really think this is funny? And she laughed. Running very late at that point, so I just said please just give me a small black coffee and let me go. She said it is $2.88. I gave her three dollars and she pretty much dismissed me with no change. The people walking in came out many times while we were all sitting in the drive-thru. The last time I came through the same girl that was laughing was ignoring me while I was getting my change I thought she couldn’t hear me so I said hello? And my dog was sitting next to me and she shoved my two hot chocolates and coffee to me so roughly that I thought it was going to spill on us. I just said gentle please. On that note go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Hillsboro they’re doing an amazing job even though they’re considered one star. Read more10/12/2023: most pleasant greeting at the drive thru ever! Ordered a turkey sausage croissant with egg and cheese and a large hot matcha tea with oat milk. The croissant was okay. Cheese wasn't melted enough. When I opened that little part of the lid of my drink, I noticed it was brown. I was thinking maybe the oat milk changed the color 🤔🤷🏾♀️. Matcha tea is green. This drink was brown. I took a sip. It didn't taste like matcha either! It was bland, tasted and smelled like coffee. I kept going on my way. Got home, added some brown sugar to sweeten it, some almond milk to cool it down and give it another flavor. It was mediocre. The issue was experiencing a pain in my chest for about 10 minutes afterwards. I threw it away. Will never make this mistake again. If my food or drink is incorrect, I'm going back. Not risking my health like that again!
(2 years ago): Ordered ahead of time. Still waited in line via drive thru. Thankfully it moved. I wondered if it would've been quicker to pick up inside. Ordered the beyond sausage English muffin, bacon croissant, coolatta, those refreshers one pomegranate the other strawberry. Food was mediocre. I usually prefer their coffees and teas since they have options of choosing almond milk. The refreshers were made with coconut milk and that's pretty much all you could taste. They were okay. Read moreI'm a regular customer of this location and I love Dunkin Donuts. The food is delicious and practical! I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru but the staff almost always forgets something; the penultimate time I ordered it, I was already getting home when I realized there was a piece of toast I had ordered missing. I had to go back to ask and they gave it to me. The staff is usually friendly, depending on who serves me. Today unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like the service. I waited almost half an hour to pick up my order at the drive thru now at the end of the morning, it's terribly hot outside and until then I didn't understand why it took so long, as there weren't many people in front of me. When it was finally my turn to get my food at the window, the woman who served me barely looked at my face and only gave me one drink, I said two and it said so on the receipt. She ignored me and gave me the food. That's when I asked again for the second drink. She looked over and went on to make the hot coffee I'd ordered online, and I must say, she didn't seem to be in a hurry. I got home and noticed that my caramel iced coffee is WITHOUT the caramel!
