I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE HAS 3.6 STARS. I'm honestly considering calling corporate in regards to this situation and I am NEVER the type of person to complain even if I get the wrong food order I just shrug it off. As I walked in, it was lunch hour so I wasn't surprised by the line but then I noticed why the line was so long. Seemingly the only cashier there was Janiey (as it said on my receipt) but I don't really know if that was her real name because her badge said "carpediem" Which I'm assuming is not her name. She was not only taking orders, but filling fries and putting meals together and filling soups. Meanwhile I saw other employees doing the same thing! which means she DID NOT have to be dealing with food, all she had to be doing was taking orders, they weren't short staffed! . I waited in line 7 minutes about and when I walked up the first thing she said was "dining in or out" I said in "what do you want" i gave her my order "Sauce" "Drink" then I asked for a large drink only... and she got upset with me because she had to redo the whole order to be a large... I was unaware of that. She called over a coworker to help her, then I repeated my order to "Jamiey" and she said "I'm just going to put in random sauce lets get this done" so i hand her my card... then she says my total is $17 i noticed she charged me twice. Thankfully I noticed and received my cash back but it was the most unpleasant experience I've had at ANY single restaurant/ fast food place. Read moreI’ve lived around this Wendy’s for 2 years and it has to be the worst group of employees I’ve ever experienced at any fast food place. I stopped stopped coming to this Wendy’s about a 14 months ago because of how consistently rude and condescending their staff is. They consistently stop taking orders and close down almost an hour before the listed closing time and mess up orders. Tonight I decided to give it another try after over a year of not going since my last negative experience. After pulling up at 1:30AM (30 minutes before they are scheduled to close) I get greeted with “how can we help you” I ask “are you all still open?” “No we are closed.” I ask “I thought you closed at 2?” The response is “Well why would you ask if we are closed then?” Not only did they lie about the closing time I, yet again for more times than I can count, get a rude and condescending person to take my order. Lady at the drive through told me it's a carryout order, whatever. I go inside and explain and the lady in the front said 'Well, that wasn't me.'
Apparently she's been doing this for over 10 years or something, as she explained to a doordasher just trying to get his delivery done without getting reported by his client.
Anyway after some waiting I check one of the bags and it had my name on it. It had like 4-5 of those stickers to keep the bag closed. Foods gone cold and I'm trying to rush out to get to work.
The order was wrong. They forgot my 4piece nuggets, and my medium coffee I was up charged for ended up being small. And I got some flavored sprite or whatever that I didn't want.
I'd go back and get my stuff but it isn't worth the effort. I don't have another hour to spare. I'm probably not going to come back unless there's a new management...
