The hamburger was hot and delicious, the container of fries was warm but only partially filled. The vanilla malt (with extra malt powder) was horrible. I couldn’t drink it so I threw it away. The vanilla malt was literally the color of caramel and tasted awful. Yet, I have always loved their malts. The person preparing it must have dumped a cup of malt powder in it. Clearly, the staff are in desperate need of training. I have been eating at Freddy’s (in Texas) for over 10 years and I LOVE their food. I was so excited to find Freddy’s 20 minutes from our new home but this meal was a terrible disappointment. I hope they can greatly improve. Meanwhile, I will wait to go back in a few months to give it another try. Update- April 1st, 4:30pm. The french fries were hot and delicious. This location is in desperate need of training and needs major attention and improvement in the their food preparation!!! SOOOOO...

Their signature ultra-thin, crispy-edged "steakburgers" are a standout, packing a surprising amount of flavor into each bite, especially when paired with their perfectly toasted buns and a generous sprinkle of Freddy's Famous Steakburger & Fry Seasoning. The shoestring fries are a love-it-or-leave-it affair; while wonderfully thin and crispy when hot, they lose their charm quickly. However, the legendary "fry sauce" (a mayo-ketchup blend with secret seasonings) elevates them significantly. But let's be honest, the true star is the frozen custard. Richer and denser than traditional ice cream, it's the perfect creamy indulgence. Whether you opt for a simple cone or a custom-built concrete with endless mix-in options, Freddy's custard consistently delivers. It's a consistently clean and friendly spot for a satisfying,...
