Joseph's Cup — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

So, my initial review was that this company would never receive my business again. However, after speaking with Chris, the general manager, this morning, I have to say that I am pleased with the end result. They have agreed that I can make my own arrangements for car repair, offered me back my money for the detailing and a gift card for a future visit. Thank you!

However, I must say, that the "gentleman" that they initially suggested repair my car, Mr. Jason Carithers of CarZmedics, was derogatory toward the car wash and stated he "sends his friends to Mike's Car Wash". He also was disrespectful and rude over the phone and told me "if he didn't pick up my car that day it would be another month before it could be done and the cost would be out of my own pocket" and then proceeded to call me "difficult" because I did not want him touching my car after our phone conversation. His tone was rude and he was a bit of a bully and I wouldn't let him touch my car ever.

This was an unexpected hidden gem. I actually came to the location for the car wash. Glad I decided to go in and have a cup of coffee. It was superb, actually. Friendly person behind the counter - nice to see a smile. Roomy, comfortable tables to sit/work . . . kind of an alcove sort of thing.

If I lived here, this would be my coffee place. Far, far better than that burnt bean pretentious place from seattle.
