McDonald's — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

There’s this black trans lady with dark brown hair with light brown tail ends with a tight braid… So I had already ordered a meal about an hour or so before coming back up to ask for a refill on my drink because the dining soda machine didn’t have the dispensers on. When telling her that the soda machine didn’t have the dispensers on and for a refill, instead of giving a refill she accused me of stealing the drink, saying “was this paid for?” This really posed me off but I said “yes I ordered awhile ago and I need a refill” she then just said okay and walked off… I then waited for about 10 minutes while she blatantly ignored me, pulling out her phones and not acknowledging me. So inspite of her I had to order another drink from the kiosk because she wouldn’t take my order. I Oder another drink and (intentionally, I will admit) spilled the drink on the counter because I was furious with her. I then walked out and was leaving, but she came out taking my license plate number and kicking me out telling me not to come back. I asked why she wouldn’t just give me a free refill, but she just said “you’re not coming back” and “I’ve told my staff, because I’m the general manager”

I don’t know about you but that’s not how a manager is supposed to treat you (granted I did spill my second drink after not being treated correctly)

She needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to be fired immediately from her position, because every other staff member there (especially the nice bald headed manager who works in the morning I get along with, and like very much) If anyone is reading this please do something about...

Two stars because the food portion of my order was correct. I want to preface this by saying I rarely eat at McDonald's and on an even more rare occasion, I drink pop. With that being said, I thought McDonald's served mountain dew (or mellow yellow). I ordered that to drink and my food, no issues. I arrive to the pick-up window and I am handed a different drink. I told the man at the window that wasn't what I ordered. I had to repeat myself 2 or 3 times before he decided to take his airpod out of his ear. That right there is extremely rude and unprofessional in a service industry when your entire position requires listening to and talking to customers. He proceeds to laugh while explaining "this is McDonald's, we don't have that" and repeating that they don't have mountain dew. He seemed annoyed that he might have to get me a different drink but I told him I would just take the drink because at this point, I just want to be done with this interaction and honestly, I don't know what their drink menu is. So I'm not understanding why the man taking my order didn't tell me that they don't carry that drink and just picked a completely random drink for me so I felt like an idiot when I got to the pick-up window. I hate to leave a bad review based on one employee/ one experience but the unprofessionalism was...

This McDonald's doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave. Didn't receive cookies, bbq sauce and fries that were ordered. I stood at the counter and said ma'am 3 times to the mgr but she was too busy on her cell phone. Finally an employee came from the back and gave me my bbq sauce and cookies. I then realized we were short a fry which was the 1 and only thing my son ordered. I was looking at my receipt to see if I had been charged and the gal at the counter who was also the same girl that took our order said that I was not charged. So I went back to grab my wallet to pay for the fries and the gal needed a mgr for my fry purchase. Again I waited while she was still on her phone for her to bring me cold fries and do whatever she needed to do for my fries that were left off of my original order. Another customer also mentioned I would have gotten it quicker to go behind the counter myself! By this time the mgr was still on her phone outside in her yellow Volkswagen as another customer became angry asking if anyone was taking orders as the lobby was full. Horrible customer service and sub par food! This McDonald's deserves...
