Normally I would give a 5, however, I am truly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve had to ask for my chicken to be replaced. When I received my chicken, it was falling apart and apparently we were informed it was just the breading which is not true. I’ve been at other locations and they don’t give that excuse. In addition, the flavor was bland with barely no salt on the fries or chicken. Don’t get me started on the fries, there were a little soggy and not crisp and fresh. They did give me new chicken tenders but there was only a 25% difference. Not to mention, they served the food in the to go boxes since it was late but it tends to make the food colder. They close at 2am so it would be more reasonable if they did it an hour before closing. I was craving the fries and they were not up to par. The West Chester location is far par superior since they put the customer first, provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere and always have their food fresh and ready. The staff isn’t smiling as much and seem like they hate their job. Not to mention, I’m still taken back on being provided the information it’s just the breading since that shows lack of accountability for taking the time to provide quality service. People tend to just accept the food they are given since they just want the food, but employees don’t get spoken with by their managers to change their old ways to ensure fresh top quality food. Yet again I am very disappointed as a consumer that Canes has failed to provide their mission to me. Hope this helps any future customer.

I live in Maryland and have very little opportunity to eat at a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant. I have eaten at others so I was excited to eat here given that I really liked their chicken. They did not disappoint. First time I have dined in the restaurant (I have done take out before), and it was clean and well decorated. Staff were very friendly and quick to take and get me my order. I ordered the box combo, and it was delicious. I know Cane’s is famous for their sauce, but I do wish they offered barbecue sauce! Really no big deal, but just an FYI. Meal was around $12 which is excellent given this economy, and the amount of food you received. Looking forward to when I return to the area I can visit again.

i honestly can’t imagine what these workers have to put up with, you guys need to stop putting these people out in 90 degree humid weather just to take my order, it doesn’t make the line go any faster, i literally tried to bring it up to a manager and all he could say was they offered the worker outside ice and they switch off workers, still honestly so cruel and such a bad look. seems like i hit a nerve with the manager he clearly didn’t like that i was concerned. nevertheless, Thank you to all the drive thru employees for ur hard work! you guys definitely deserve better working conditions.

Well the guy in the drive through put the receipt in the bag and told us to have a nice day so I thought they put my card into the bag that was handed to us. After realizing that the guy didn’t give me my card we pulled over and parked into a parking spot and checked the car, it wasn’t in there so I went inside. Then as my friend was in the car checking our food we’re missing Texas toast which costs extra. And as I was explaining to the third worker that came up to me asking what happened, a guy in the back decided he wanted to speak up and say “they’re getting the card it’s not that serious”. I never said it was that serious, I was simply explaining what happened to the third employee that had asked me. My friend brings the bag in and I told the same third employee that we are now missing food. However after the guy in the back said what he said, I just wanted to get my card and leave. So now i still have missing food. Very disappointed considering this is my local canes. However this is now the third time I’ve come here and had missing food. Don’t come here if you want good customer service. Just thought...

Oh Raising Canes, how sweet thy chicken finger doth crunch Your canes sauce a glistening delight, a flavor so divine As I sink my teeth into your juicy, hot, and oh-so-tender offering I am transported to a place of complete and total bliss

But it's not just the chicken that has me singing your praises No, it's the atmosphere, the vibe, the feeling of being right at home The staff are friendly, the fries are hot and crispy As I sit and savor each and every bite I can't help but think of that majestic canine mascot of yours Running free across a golden field, tail wagging, tongue lolling A symbol of the joy and delight that Raising Canes brings to all who dine

So here's to you, dear Raising Canes, may you continue to reign supreme In the kingdom of chicken fingers, fries, and all things delicious and divine For you are truly a cut above the rest, a shining star in a sea of mediocrity And I, for one, am forever grateful to have stumbled upon your...
