today i came into this location at around 5:20 and went through the drive thru and ordered a grande pink with extra coconut milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. as someone who has been to numerous locations around the US, whether it’s in store or mobile everytime my drink is right they use the “ex 3/4 co milk” button like clockwork. when my mother ordered for me, a barista said “i’ll use light strawberry base instead” which in the past has caused my fin to be incorrect. my mother politely (might i add) says “there’s usually a 3/4 coconut milk button they use” to which the barista disrespectfully replies “no, i know what I’m doing since im the one making the drink here”, shocking to me to my core. if my mother isn’t disrespectful, don’t be disrespectful to my mother for no reason. i told my mom to pull off and i go in and ask for the manager and the barista who i can describe as a short female with glasses, says she’s the supervisor and me already knowing it was her, i’m still at a shock for words. she then replies “we’re understaffed so i really would like to keep it moving.” once again being disrespectful. she says the drink was already handed out after i tried to order it but because i told my mom to pull off, not only was it never made but it was never handed to anyone. so she lied straight to my face causing my mom to come in and explain how my drink doesn’t take much at all, but she wanted to debate with my mother. after 2 minutes she finally made it and it was right. which proves all she had to do was LISTEN to the customer. i used to love this location, but i don’t think ill be back. i know it’s stressful for baristas, but this one just had a downright nasty attitude and it made me hate this...
Read moreTried to place a mobile order, but the app showed ordering ahead not available at this location. Drove there, went in and was amazed that the store wasn't crowded. I asked about the app, and the associate said, oh we probably have it turned off.
This visit was a disaster! Placed a mobile order. Went in to pickup my 4 same drink order. Not ready at the promised time. In hindsight a good thing. I watched the associate make the first drink. I told her she made it wrong. She said, ok. Made the next 2 the same ...wrong. She had some mix left from the 3rd drink, poured it in the 4th cup- it only filled up a little over half way, then stuck the whipped cream nozzle in and filled the cup up the rest of the way. You want me to pay $4.95 for half a drink and whipped cream? I then told her that the drinks needed to be remade using the correct milk. 11 minutes later I left disappointed in Starbucks, but with my drinks made correctly! On another note. While I wauted to have my drinks made, I listened as the associates called sweet cream 'sweat cream' and donuts 'dog nuts' all while laughing. I guess they hire 5 year olds at...
Read moreI’m not one to complain or write reviews, but this location is disappointing 9/10 times. I can’t even order certain drinks here because they make them wrong. For example, if you order a vanilla cream cold brew, you will receive a cup of cream. I’ve tried to do “lite” cream and it comes out the same way. This morning I placed a mobile order at 7:32a, and the app instructed me to arrive in 7-9 minutes. I pull into the drive thru at 7:39 and let them know I have a mobile order. I was then rudely told that I need to either show up later or stop placing mobile orders because they don’t have it ready yet. I kindly let them know that I placed the order 7 minutes ago. The woman on the speaker tells me they got it 3 minutes ago. So we are now engaged in a disagreement over the speaker. This is not how you conduct proper customer service. I would have been perfectly fine to even pull out of the drive thru and give it a few minutes. But I’m not okay to engage in an argument over the time my order was placed through a drive...
