Our family have been on the Regal Unlimited subscription plans for years now. Some months, we don’t use it at all, keeping it only because of the hurdles of canceling subscriptions. Other months, it is our main family entertainment. setting up a big screen and recliners in the basement is easy , but family movie time is not happening until you pluck the kids out of their comfort zones and top it off with popcorn and soda- a timeless, tried-and-true recipe for unforgettable movie experience. Regal truly feels like a home away from home. In fact, so much so that I once took off my diamond ring to apply hand lotion during a bathroom break and accidentally left it on the toilet paper dispenser. When I realized after the movie, I searched up and down in panic . The girl working at the popcorn refill station told me they found it. My wedding ring with $$$$ diamonds—in a secured zip bag was returned to me from the security office. You can imagine the overwhelming joy , relief and gratitude I had at that moment. Kudos to the wonderful team at Regal for their honesty and outstanding service!

LOVE this theater. My daughter and I did a mother-daughter outing to see a "love" movie that would not appeal to the men in our lives. And we enjoyed ourselves. We purchased tickets at a self-serve counter, selecting our seats from an on-screen layout of the theater. The theater was uncrowded so we had lots of space around us. The wonderfully cushioned reclining seats were SO NICE, I could have stayed for a few more hours. Theater temperature was perfect; no need for a jacket as in some much colder theaters. Snacks and drinks were a bit pricey. We spent more on two small drinks (which were NOT small but HUGE) and one small bag of chips than we did on two adult movie tickets. But, we were treating ourselves for the day, so didn't think much more about it after making the payment.

Definitely the largest theater I’ve ever been to. Comfortable seating . I felt like I was at home and cold go to sleep right away . But other than that it wasn’t anything great. Genuinely disappointed in the concession stand. Owners... you need to look at your competitors and pick up ... the lack of basic things like a butter machine beyond the counter .. a juice fountain etc... I thought I’d see much much more. But other than that I had a good time while I was in mason and this theater was fuuuullll in a Friday. Lots of parking offered ! You won’t have an issue . Maybe pack some cookies if you ant a sweet treat .,,,,,,,, I’d go again

My husband bought my two sons and I seats to the new Elemental movie. It was the theater at the far end and my son (5) has to use a walker. My hands were full of snacks from the theater and his younger brother (3) wasn't capable of helping and we were unable to make it to the movie by ourselves. I asked an employee if they had wheelchairs, he said no. I asked him to help us he carried the food I purchased and I carried my son and his walker. He sat us in what I thought were our seats after showing him the barcode screenshot on my phone. Then family came and said we were in their seats I explained why we were there and I immediately got up and moved our things and my son's. The woman ran off and got a two managers. They storm in tells us to move when at that point we were now in our appropriate seats. I tried to explain the confusion had already been resolved and there is no need to be aggressive. He threatened to kick me out because he heard (from that woman)I made an outburst earlier after getting called out for stealing the families seats. My children start crying because they don't understand, why he is yelling and threatening us. I'm trying to explain that we moved right away and he keeps repeating what the woman told him and threatening to kick me out of the theater. He finally left after saying if anyone else comes and these aren't really our seats he'll happily kick us out. I provided him our barcode and he chose not to scan it. Do not come to this theater the managers are aggressive and have no customer service skills. Their management clearly lacks any training.

EDIT: After the movie I stopped the husband and said hey the manager's told me your wife was really upset about everything. I just want to say I'm sorry they put us in your seats the manager said I embarrassed her and that wasn't my intention but they came over and yelled at us and I really don't appreciate it. I was my youngest's first time at the movie and we were really looking forward to it being a special night. The wife overheard and came over she said you're kidding me. She told me she stormed out to tell the manager that their staff put us in the wrong seats and she was embarrassed she had to ask us to move because she could see my hands were full with my two littles one being in a full leg cast. She told them to come make it right and apologize to me for the error. To which they offered her tickets and she said no they need to talk to me. She and her husband were very kind and apologetic.

I walked to the service desk to speak to the manager. I told him the original situation, that I didn't appreciate the way they handled it. Then I told him of my conversation with the woman and her husband. He said I don't know what you want me to say she yelled at us so we handled it. You can't steal peoples seats and our unless you know the name of our staff who put you there then it didn't happen because we would never put you in the wrong seats. I said check you cameras. I never made a scene, he put us in those seats after I asked for help. You can't treat people this way, you can't make kids cry and not offer even an apology for the error you and your staff made. You made it seem like that woman was furious with me but she was upset with you. I asked for his name and the name of the manager who was with him earlier, he refused and asked my name with an attitude which I provided. He used profanity in front of my children and told me never to come back to that theater (trust I would never).

The part that gets me is these are two young men who were given the opportunity to just back track and apologize multiple times and they both chose to raise their voices, have a snarky attitude and smile and laugh while my children cried as I am saying you cannot treat people like this. Their staff did make an error but they were trying to be helpful and I appreciate them. Those two managers should never have been given that position. They were intent on confrontation and poor behavior. They wouldn't know customer service even if...

I usually come here with no issues. This time i went to see a movie and decided to get a hotdog. Well then i went inside the movie and proceeded to eat my hotdog. Well the hotdog bun was very hard. So i went back to complain. They had to get new fresh buns out of the FREEZER lol. I am thinking this whole time why am i paying 5 bucks for a hotdog like that. So nevermind that. The kid working puts another bun in the microwave to thaw it. Well after it comes out he takes it out but has no place to put it down to take my orginal hotdog out of the bad bun and to put it in the new one. Which is weird in it self. Like they could of just gave a new hotdog and new bun but again nevermind. So this kid puts the new bun on plate the was covered in butter and salt from them making pretzels. Then puts my old hotdog in new bun and hands it to me. At this point i am like do i really want to eat a buttered up salty hotdog????? So obviously no. I tell the kid about the butter and salt. So he takes my hotdog again. And is trying to put another bun in the microwave for me. I saw that and i had enough. I asked if the can give me nachos or something instead of the hotdog because i didnt think it was right for me to get 3 different buns that were microwaved for a hotdog that cost them .10 cents probably and i pay 5 dollars. So after they hear me ask for nachoes they call over a manager ( the manager was bald, caucasian) i dont remeber his name). Well the manager doesnt even ask what happened he processes a refund and continues on to charge me for the nachoes. Well after 15 min wait and missing part of my movie i didnt think it was right for me to pay the difference between the hotdog and nachoes which is like 1 dollar. I didnt ask for refund i just wanted the nachoes instead. The manager should of just gave me the nachoes and apologized for the inconvenience for me. That would of great for me. I am not usually one to speak up about things. Well i continued on to voice my opinion to the manager. I told he handled that situation wrong even tho he wasnt rude or anything but he should of done it completely different. So he looks at me and just says ok and instantly walks away. And i am like really you could of...
