My husband and I stopped here for dinner, I had a free burger for my birthday. It was a beautiful evening so we asked to sit on the patio, sure no problem. Well the table and chairs were so dirty when I attempted to wipe off the chair with my hand it turned black. I went to the restroom to wash up, my husband went to wash up and brought back wet paper towels to wipe the table and chairs. The server asked if we wanted to start with drinks, I ordered iced tea with lemon, my husband asked if they had Coke or Pepsi products, they have Coke, my husband asked if they have Zero, the waiter said yes, he ordered Zero. We found out later they do not have Zero, only Diet Coke, big difference. We needed just a minute to make up our mind, we waited over 15 mins our waiter did not come back, finally one of the waitress that had been in and out 3 or 4 times came over took our order. I gave her my phone number for the birthday offer. I ordered a side salad to go with my burger & fries. I ordered the Banzai burger, my husband ordered Pig out Style Tavern burger. When our burgers were finally delivered to our table, the waiter asked if he could get us anything else. I did not have my salad yet, we had no napkins or silverware, we had no salt & pepper or ketchup. My husbands burger was wrapped, sort of warm, he ordered broccoli instead of fries, it was cold. My burger was not wrapped, everytime I have had it in the past it has been wrapped. My fries were cold, the burger itself was barely warm. The burger also had no flavor, was like no Banzai burger I have ever had, the teriyaki sauce was missing, the pineapple had no teriyaki and one faint grill mark. My salad was delivered after I was halfway finished with my burger. The waiter asked my husband if he wanted more broccoli which he declined since it was so bad, however he did not ask me if I wanted more fries. When the waiter was out cleaning tables that had been sitting empty for quite some time I asked for more fries. A nice portion of hot fresh fries were delivered. We were not asked if we would like desert, I had to give my phone number again the waiter stated he had thrown it away. Overall not a great visit. On top of everything else this restaurant is one of the worst handicap accessible I...
Read moreMy family and I have eaten at this location many times in the past. We had come to celebrate our daughter's birthday and that was the location she wanted to go to. It has been about 4 - 5 months since we have been there. OK on to the honest review.
When we arrived at our seats, we had to wipe crumbs off of them before we sat down and had to clean off dust from the condiments on the table (It was that visible). Our server greeted us, and she was kind. She took our order and brought out our drinks and appetizers in a timely manner.
The problem was our plates were very dirty, there was dried sauce on two out of four of them and grime on all four. We did not receive utensils or napkins. We had ordered slightly messy appetizers, so those were needed. The manager came to the table before our server and was informed of the situation, she met our needs and took our dirty plates. She never did bring additional plates to replace the original dirty ones.
The food came out, everyone's French fries were cold. The 2 Sandwiches were veggie patties, they were soggy and under cooked. They literally felt like they liquefied in our hands 🫠. They also actually had an unpleasant taste to top it off, I would say they had been sitting for quite a while. The other 2 orders were chicken tenders they were both very over cooked and the chicken was hard and dry. Honestly nothing went right with our entire dining experience.
When the server came to the table and asked how everything was going we informed her of the situation. She had the manager come over to the table, we did not ask for her by the way, we were just ready to pay and leave.
When the manager stopped by and asked us how things had went we politely informed her of the situation. She said I'm sorry you had a bad experience and literally walked away from the table. It just felt like our patronage was not appreciated in any way.

Read moreIf you've never visited any Red Robin, this is the review to read. I've always had a good experience at every one that I've visited, and this is no different.
This place has some of the most amazing burgers. They're seasoned just enough to where you taste a burger, not a season-ladened pile of meat. I always order my burgers with "some pink" (medium, unfortunately they can't go any lower than that), but still get a tender burger.
Favorites here are the Prime Chophouse burger (provolone, mushrooms, onion straws, a touch of A1 sauce), the Berserker (just a spicy burger all around), Royal Robin (burger + egg = WHY ISN'T THIS THE NORM?!!), and the once-available-sadly-no-more Sicilian burger (ever had a large slice of pepperoni and mozzarella on your burger?). My friends consistently order the "plain ol' cheeseburger", and are always happy to come back and get the same thing.
While they've changed their policy on never-ending-fries (don't expect to get any before the meal, even if you ask for it: they'll say okay, but never bring them out. This has happened every time I've been in the past year), it doesn't really matter, because the meals are so filling. And what are you eating so many potatoes for?! In all honesty, though, you owe it to yourself to at least once get their onion rings. Panko encrusted double battered onion rings with Red Robin's campfire sauce (mayo and BBQ sauce: it's a great new sauce that makes it all taste great).
Service is typically very good here, either at the bar, or in the dining area. Once we even brought our 1 year old, and he had grilled cheese bites and veggies that kept him happy.
It's a great family restaurant, a great lunch spot, and a great meet-with-friends kind of area. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for a...
