Pretty annoyed at an experience we just had in store. We found a game system via the website that we were interested in buying, but when we got to the store we were told by the staff member that we could not see the unit before purchasing it. He did offer to stand in the storage room and let us look at the box from afar. I find it pretty ridiculous, and insulting, that I wasn’t able to look at a $300 item before purchasing it. If I walk in and tell them I'm looking for a used copy of Pokemon Let's Go, but can't find it on the shelf, they look it up in their computer on the spot and grab a copy if they have it.
