Wendy's — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

Wendy's is a pretty good restaurant it just all depends no more time of year or the time of day that you go in there and it also depends on the restaurant some restaurants are quick and the food hot and the ice cream is cold like it's supposed to be and even the I have the pop machines are working good but then you go and other ones in the floors greasy the 400 counters are nasty and the food cold the ice cream to melt it and they all pop machines very seldom work the doors are falling off their hinges which I have seen some places in Cincinnati Wendy's is pretty good restaurant I just got to pick and choose your restaurant that you go in they've got good food for the ones I do do good hey bro. Good fries I've got good drinks the real good service no that goes without saying like I said the other restaurants they have a service that really stinks because you can go in there and order your food and it's a half hour to an hour before you get your food and most some people are standing around talking not even helping the customers so far as I said pick and choose your Wendy's I gave him a three stars for that reason good luck y'all this is just a of...

So, I'm not one to complain often, but if I'm ordering breakfast from a fast food place and I want coffee with cream and sugar. The cream and sugar should probably be stirred for me. One as just good customer service. Two, I'm on the go and balancing coffee on my lap is pretty difficult when I need said coffee to function.

The lady is always very moody when I ask her to stir the coffee so this time I just did it myself. If you can't prepare the coffee in a quick and efficient way then that's fine. Just stop serving coffee.

This is the third time this has happened. I hate to come across rude; it just needed to be addressed. :/

Edit: Just for clarity. I was the only one in line the entire time so they were by no means rushed and didn't have time to stir the coffee. I wrote this in the parking lot and no one else came through.

Other than that...

I did drive-thru. The customer service person was a young man with short, shaggy and dark hair. He was polite. I had ordered a strawberry lemonade with out ice. When I received my drink, it had ice. He explained it was made with ice so it was impossible to serve it without at least a small amount of ice in it. That's nice to know! New visit 7/27/24 Went to drive thru for breakfast. Ordered sausage egg & cheese biscuit with swiss instead of American cheese. 1st sandwhich made with American so I drove back through and asked for it to be corrected. 2nd sandwich had sausage egg & bacon! Drove through a 3rd time and finally got a correct sandwich and a bonus of a little attitude from the young man at the window running the drive-thru!! I don't care for this...
