Incredibly rude staff that seems to have memory problems even after writing down orders. I wouldn't even mind that much if the pizza was anywhere near being worth the price. Edit so I can reply to the owner: Considering the overwhelming majority of the negative reviews are regarding the staff being incredibly rude, I am not quite convinced that these complaints are taken seriously. I made an order over the phone, so yes they perhaps did use the computer but it still doesn't explain why the topings were wrong. If you really cared, I don't see why you would try to discredit me by saying that your store uses a computer like I made something up by saying they wrote it down. You can write things down on the computer too. I already had to bring the pizza back myself because your staff thought I was lying for some reason. I do not want want to have a correspondence with you nor a refund thats not what this is about, it's about providing a polite, humane, customer focused service. Thanks...

Best pizza in town! Tasty, crispy thin crust which I love, and there's a unique flavor to the spices in the sauce. Not to mention, the owner herself brought me a free personal sized pizza at work (she is a customer at my job) when I jokingly told her I'd never ring her up again until she brought me a pizza! Truly a fun and nice person.

What she didn't know is, I've been going through a very rough time personally, and that day was also a particularly difficult day in the workplace. She turned that around for me with her kindness. I've seen her remember others in my store who are also her customers and she always stops to chat. She cares about her community so much, so I highly recommend giving her business...

Not for the carb-averse, IL Forno has a solid lineup of most things you'd expect an Italian restaurant to have, but in a very casual setting. It's not uncommon to to find little league teams in cleats, to give you an idea.

They have healthier options including baked potatoes where you can pick & choose your toppings as well as various wraps - including the semi-famous F. I. T. Boutique Wrap (named after the personal training.

Pizza is the real star here. Particularly the garlic pizza. There's no reason to eat anything else in this carb & cheese lover's opinion.

Dessert options are a little sparse, but they have beer and wine, so...
