I need to comment on my last visit. Although I had decided not to go back, I do like the food, and this location is the closest to me.
From the horrible experience I had during my last 2 visits, I stopped by on Wednesday, 5/7/25, and there was a visible change. So, just like I gave feedback when I didn't like my experience, I would like to comment on this visit. Sadly, the only day I can stop by is on Wednesdays.
This Wednesday, everything looked clean, and all the toppings were AVAILABLE in the bar. I cannot express how frustrating it is to go and find some empty early in the evening and find half of the things have been cleaned up for the night.
I guess the girl who was helping me is new because the guy working with her was helping her answer my questions and making sure I got the right information. I was happy to be there. He even offered me the new fries and made sure I didn’t forget to use my app.
During my previous visits, the guy working there with the ridiculous mustache seemed like he didn’t want to be there, and I felt rushed. Im not normally the one to judge a person, but he makes me feel like my business is unwanted. I have not commented on the individuals, but I want to give a shout-out to Tony and Lau for making sure my visit was exceptional. The garlic sauce he suggested was delicious.
This visit made me feel happy and welcome. I'm emailing you because, like I said, I did not need anything free, but during my last email, I was upset and frustrated, so I think it's fair to do the same about this...

I train at a nearby martial arts gym with a group of my friends, who for the past 2 months have made it part of our routine to come here for dinner after class. Class gets out at 8 and we're usually placing our orders here around 8:10 or 8:15, which leaves us 45 minutes to finish our food before they close at 9, which is plenty of time.
Tonight when we arrived, we started to place our orders when a man who seemed to be a shift lead informed us that they were closing in "like 15 minutes" and therefore the dining area is closed. I took out my phone, and confirmed it was 8:15. I pointed to my phone and asked, "It's 8:15... Don't you close at 9?" He just doubled down and repeated himself, "We close in like 15 minutes." So I looked at the group I was with, looked back at the guy behind the counter and reluctantly said, "I guess we'll have to take our business elsewhere then."
We had made it part of our routine for 4-5 of us to eat here 2-3 times a week at ~$20 per person (You do the math on that). And now we're being told that 8:15 is too close to closing time (9:00) for us to eat here?

Read moreExtremely frustrating to have food delivered from this location. Some issue with their GrubHub point of sale terminal. There is no way to call the individual store to assist in troubleshooting, and the customer care team is either uninterested or unable to help. I am at a loss for words. Sweetgreen is blaming GrubHub and GrubHub is blaming SweetGreen. Without the ability to communicate with someone in the store, these problems just go unresolved. No one in the store seems to care. Not sure how to get the issue resolved. GrubHub cancelled my order with no explanation other than ""Point of sale refused order".
Edit: just to be clear I've called both SweetGreen and GrubHub attempting a resolution and neither are responsive. Door dash and UberEats are also having issues before 2PM typically. The company basically is forcing you to use their website point of sale.
