Food tasted ok but service was lacking. I ordered two bagel sandwiches on two different bagels. Once I got home, I opened them up and found they reversed the bagels for each sandwich so neither was on the correct bagel. Went back to the store to have them redone and they blamed me for ordering it wrong - which I did not. I'm sure I ordered them correctly. Other customers heard them blaming me and we're discouraged with that kind of customer service. They remade the sandwiches in a huff but didn't offer anything else for my time. Will probably give them another chance but there are other good options for bagels...

Definitely the best bagels you can find north of Skokie (NY Bagel and Bialy takes the cake in Chicagoland). Their prices have really skyrocketed though. $8.99 for a breakfast bagel is insane. Chicken Noodle soup tasted like it was made Saturday, I was there on a Monday. Most disappointing was the potato salad which was either spoiled or on the fridge of going bad. Couldn't eat it.
