So I went into Shelby's the other night, and started to play on their machines. I put $20 into a machine and it made a gurgling noise and took my $20. How these places work is they have to call the vendor to audit the machines, so I wrote my phone number and my name down and waited. The next day I called to find out about my $20 and I was told that the auditor checked everything and there was no extra $20 in there.. so be warned that you may lose your money and the establishment will not refund it back. I enjoy these little slot establishments and frequent them a lot. I totally believe in karma and that's why I would never try to get over on any small business but I also believe that Shelby's is creating their own negative karma. Someone else comes in who is clearly over 50 years old and their policy “you need to have an ID to come into this place.
