I've lived in the area for over a decade. The overall quality of this particular TB has gone straight down the tubes. Food portions are horrible. One of the "meals" we would regularly get comes with chips and cheese, or a lack thereof. The cheese consistently comes a quarter filled. They also constantly mess up whole orders. Everything from mixing items up, not adding or not adding add-ins, to straight up missing multiple items. And that's just from a customer's perspective. I sometimes also deal with this location as a delivery service driver. What I can tell you is basically the same as above, but also with the knowledge that drivers regularly request NOT to have pick-ups with this Taco Bell. It is that bad. I've literally had employees trash-talk me (in Spanish, of course) because I take care in my work, as they clearly lack. I like to use the touch screen kiosks to order so I can customize my items easily. Problem is the kiosks get prioritized last. People in the drive through are number 1, counter order 2, and kiosk 3. So people who ordered after you at the counter will usually get there food first, which normally isn't a problem, but if it's busy I've waited 45 minutes once even though people that came in after us had already gotten their food. It's supposed to be fast food. Another time I had to wait for an hour even though I pre-ordered on the app and came at the time it said. But these were isolated incidents, most of the time everything is good.

Next day at work go to pay for lunch and realize never received my card back, gave a call and they said they had it locked in the safe, but somehow my number was exposed and had 3 attempts to use my card over the next 2 days, luckily only 1 went thru for someone's straight talk phone. Was a hassle canceling the card right now with covid and having to call the fraud part of my bank to cancel, speak to normal tech on the phone to issue a new card, then wait in the drive up at the branch to receive a new card.
