I have never had a worst fast food experience in my life. The staff incorrectly took my order unbeknownst to me. We waiting about 30 minutes and finally someone came up to our car and asked if this was our order. The order was incorrect, so I said "no." The employee walked away without saying another word. We waited another 30 minutes and no one checked on us or came out. We had to walk inside to see what was wrong. We were then told " well, I asked you if this was your order and you said no" . We explained that wasn't what we ordered, and we had drinks as well. That's why we said no when the incorrect order was brought out. No one even cared to ask what the correct order was. They just let us sit there. They were extremely rude the entire time. We took the incorrect order, they gave us our drinks and then later presented us with 2 free drink cards for their mistake. A couple of days later, I went back to use my free drink coupon. I pulled up the drive threw and was met with "it gonna be a minute." I waited a good 10 minutes and then finally got to order. I started to explain that I had the free drink coupon and was cut off with " we are out of limeade". Very rude. I will never return to sonic again. They have lost a customer. Sad thing is I think this was thw same employee from that...
Read moreSaturday night, following event at Huskies Stadium. Arrived at 11:40. I got in line, with no problem, but when my kids walked in the manager began yelling that they aren’t taking any more orders because they close soon. There were exactly 9 guests in the lobby when we arrived, so it wasn’t crazy in here, but I’ll admit the drive through was busy. Needless to say, quite a few customers were turned away.
Some possible solutions:
Update your store hours to reflect that guests aren’t welcome within 30 minutes of close.
Explain to your staff that the restaurant close time is not necessarily when they leave work, it’s when the restaurant closes its doors. Customers shouldn’t be yelled at during those hours for trying to patronize your business.

I Got The 2 For $7 Deal but also got a couple other things with it too One I Really Wanted to Try and it was Really Very Good!! So I was happy about That, but can't Say The same for The Chicken Sandwich I Got but Did Talk to Kenny One of the Manager's There and he's going to Replace it for Me when I can get back 🔙 up there and I thought they didn't Put cheese 🧀 on My Cheeseburger 🍔 and Kenny's also replacing That as well and I Really Hope This Time it's Way Much better than the Last Time especially the Chicken 🐔🍗 Sandwich 🥪 Yes I Really Was NOT 🚫❌ Too impressed with it The first time around and I Told Kenny The Manager and he was Really Very Truly 💯 Understanding about it so I'm Really Very Truly 💯 Happy he's Replacing Not 🚫❌ just One, but Both Sandwiches The Burger 🍔 and The Chicken Thank You Again...
