Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Del City

I've been to this location several times to order and wait or pick-up. After several times of being able to watch interactions of employees with each other and customers at different times of the day and night I must say that the day manager (1pm - 5pm) is an absolutely terrible person and is the reason this location gets rated low.

This manager yells at employees. He stands around with his hands on his hips dictating everything and NEVER helps, even with the smallest of tasks. The employees are obviously very miserable and have strong negative body language while trying to avoid him. If this person were to be let go I would suspect this place would have better service and pizza.

Also, on the same topic, I strongly believe the day manager orders the line cooks to skimp on the topping, sauce, and cheese because literally, no joke, every time I get a pizza between the hours of 1pm - 5pm I'm basically receiving bread with a sprinkle of toppings and a splash of sauce. ... For obvious reasons I no longer order during the day time and neither do my colleagues.

That being said, the night crew ALWAYS makes an outstanding pizza. Sometimes the directions for my order aren't followed, but I don't care, the pizza they make is that good. So, 5 stars to the night...

I have had multiple issues with this locations but tonight was the worst yet. I've had times where without telling me when I ordered that there was a problem, I waited two hours for my food only to call and be told it was still going to be another hour. I've had my order delivered with missing items such as dipping sauces. Tonight, I have no clue where my pizza was delivered but it wasn't to my address. I missed a call saying they left it on my porch even though I do not have leave it at my door checked as an option. When I call they inform me that they cannot remake half my order because they're out (and due to an allergy I can't eat anything else). Their offer was to remake half my order and give me a credit for the other half. To be clear, they are not delivering half my order and were also not wanting to refund the money for the half they couldn't provide. They were just offering to make me the pizza I already paid for some other time. There was no attempt on their part to do anything at all to rectify wasting my time and not being able to give me half my order. I refused the remake and I guess I'll get my money back in a couple days for the food they didn't provide tonight. My options are limited with my allergies. But this place is no longer...

the pizza was horrible last time i got two medium pizzas and the cashier wanted to grab my phone when my girlfriend asked about apple pay. since when did people let cashiers grab their phones out of their hands to use apple pay to pay for their food? this cashier needs coaching or training asap on why people use nfc tap payments to begin with. i dont want this guy touching my phone why didnt he have the common sense to just put the payment system right towards me to begin with which is what most normal cashiers with any sort of common sense would do. i moved my hand away so he couldnt grab the phone and he finally realized what he is actually supposed to do. also told this awkward individual the name of the order he proceeded to say my girlfriends full name including last name as if to make sure its the right order or to question the name but his tone sounded like he was questioning the name. she was right by me and started doing all the talking because at this point it seemed he was going to start getting himself into situations only foolish people get into. was a very awkward individual i asked if my girlfriend thought he was awkward on our way out and she concurred that he was...
