Good Ol' Covid-19 helped make my experience here today really awful. I placed my order online, came to pickup was very rudely yelled to get out. Ok, nobody can come inside, got it.. why then keep your door unlocked? I had to still pay for my order. Another gal walked up and wanted to place her order. I informed her to nate dare go in, they will yell at you to get out. Another gal came, another guy and so on. Finally one of the customers tried to order and was told to call to place her order. She was unable to get through as the phone lines were busy. A Jommy John's employee had come outside to give a customer an order and she asked if she could order through him. He was extremely rude and said NO and instructed to call her order in. She bagan to explain she couldn't get through and wanted someone to help her. That employee threw his hands up in the air and walked away from her. This was so unprofessional! Nobody cared to come out to help me with my order until another employee saw me still standing and said that I needed to still pay and that's why nobody was bringing my order out. I informed to them when I walked in and was so rudely told to get out that I still needed to pay. Luckily this employee took my card as I'm sure he sensed my annoyance. I don't think I'll return after the unprofessional customer service by several employees here. I could have easily ordered from anywhere els and now I will! Read moreIf I could give this franchise 0 stars, I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and they are completely understaffed. They have had no air conditioning for over a year. Their online ordering is always down. They will not deliver to my office, which is in their delivery range because it is "too confusing" to get to. Because of the lack of delivery and online ordering being down I was forced to come in one day before the lunch rush asking them to make seven(7) sandwiches, three of which were "giant," three were "classic" and one was a "wheat," with barely any customization. The order total was under $100, $87 and change, to be exact, and they told me no. They said that they were unable to fulfill the order because they would have no bread for the rest of the day.... NO BREAD AT A SANDWICH SHOP?? I was absolutely blown away and they just told me to leave. They said, "with a big order you should order 24 hours in advance." I was unaware that seven sandwiches, at a sandwich shop, is considered a "big order." I proceeded to go to the Oconomowoc Franchise, which had plenty of bread AND air conditioning and they informed me that seven sandwiches is NOT considered a large order and fulfilled it within 15 minutes. Read moreSo my mom orders the turkey avocado sandwich because she loves avocado. We have never had so little on one of the sandwiches before. She couldn't even find it and had to ask about it. They said it was in between the cheese. She found it and was still disappointed about the amount. So I went up and asked for a side of avocado and got attitude about how they normally make people pay for extra avocado and it's supposed to be 1 tablespoon. It was definitely not a tablespoon. When they got us the side of avocado, they had to open a new bag, so I'm guessing whoever made the sandwich, scrapped the container empty and didn't want to open a new bag to put the correct amount on the sandwich. Either way, I didn't appreciate the attitude about corporate's policy. I worked fast food for 14 years as an assistant manager and I would never allow my crew to talk like that to a customer. If they said it wasn't enough avocado, then it wasn't enough and you get them more no questions ask. Not to mention, how did she even know that the sandwich maker had put the proper amount on the sandwhich? Also, when I walked up to ask for more avocado, she was standing at the register on her phone. The food was great but I was pretty bummed about the service.
