Anthony’s Tacos — Restaurant in Delaware

Despite the small set up of their food truck they provide a world of flavor in their food! I often times find it hard to get authentic Mexican food that doesn’t taste like it’s off the Taco Bell menu. However this place takes the cake, a personal favorite of mine is the carne asada tacos, mixed fajitas and quesabirria tacos. They also have a nice outdoor setting for the summer to sit at picnic tables and a lovely Mexican shop next door with the best snacks. I’d call this place a hidden gem as far as the flavor of the food goes. No issues with service either but can’t really say much for the atmosphere.
