I don't like to leave negative reviews but one time is whatever ...but multiple times? It is ridiculous!! I have ordered from this location a handful of times now. And I kid you not, literally EVERY single time they forget to give me one or more of my items and I always have to go back. Last night they forgot THREE of my items. And I was a pickup order, I stood there patiently long past when it was supposed to be ready, they weren't even slammed and the guy still didn't put all my food in the bag?! I went back up to get my missing items and the large fry they missed, when he gave me the missing fry....the container wasn't even full it was such a rip off. Also quality isn't great they slap it together, it's a mess. My husband got a buffalo chicken slider, it was the smallest slapped together mess, buns all smashed and hardly any buffalo on it. My beef cheddar sandwich i swapped swiss for cheddar, i put no cheddar. They put both on it? Lol and there was cheddar literally everywhere it was so messy to try to eat. Just really need to make sure they are double checking orders and caring at all about the quality of food they are serving. My advice, Always check your bag...
Read moreI've been through this Arby's several times with no issues, however today I went through the drive through and heard an alarming comment made by a worker while waiting for my food. The window was open so I could hear the customer behind me ordering and their dog was in their vehicle barking. As he was talking, a worker very loudly said "Give him a damn bowl of anti-freeze already" - this was clearly said about the dog.
I understand fast food isn't the most fun or glamorous job to be working so I get that person could be having a frustrating day and so on and so forth. However it was quite disturbing to hear them recommend a method of quieting a pet by feeding it anti-freeze which would ultimately kill it. This was heard at the location off Sandusky Street in Delaware, OH on 3/27/25 about 6:00pm. Hopefully this review is seen as a constructive criticism so that people can realize what is and is not appropriate to be discussing while in a public setting in a fast food service chain rather than a way to get anyone in trouble. I just found it rather sad that the comment was made at all and I hope that individual wouldn't ever do something so inhumane...
Read moreNot impressed with the manager nor this dine-in location. We've ate at the Delaware,OH location several times and have never had an issue until now.
While trying to finish up our dinner at 8:35pm, the employees start pouring buckets of cleaning solution onto the floor. The other employee grabs a broom and starts flinging it all over the floor.
We quickly wrapped up the food and asked the manager for a bag, I politely said 'I didn't think you closed until 9pm, it's a little frustrating to pay $60 for a meal and have cleaning solutions flung into it. The manager then made sure I knew that it was company policy to start the cleaning process at 8:40, no later. Apparently, I should have known that and I also should have known better to select 'dine in'.
