I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at your Salem Village location in Newark DE
I attempted to place an order online three times, each time receiving a technical error. I called the store, and an employee confirmed that all three orders actually went through. She assured me she would cancel the duplicates, confirmed my address, and I even gave her my updated phone number, since the one on file was outdated.
I then waited over an hour, and my order never showed up.
When I called back, a different employee told me no order existed under my name and insisted they don’t deliver to my address — despite the fact that I live just 10 minutes away and always order from this location. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and refused to acknowledge the issue. I asked to speak with the original girl who helped me — he said she wasn’t there. I asked for a manager — he claimed she was “too busy” to speak to me, yet I could hear her in the background telling him what to say. When I called him out, they admitted I was on speaker the whole time. If the manager was listening the whole time, why not just take the call?
So, I drove to the store myself.
When I got there, the manager didn’t let me finish explaining before trying to blame the website and me, saying the order didn’t go through and that they had tried calling me — on the old number I specifically told her team to update. When I reminded her I gave the correct number to her employee, she dismissed it and said the girl is “only 16” — as if that excuses poor service.
She then admitted she heard the earlier call on speakerphone. Again — why not step in and fix the situation when she had the chance?
At no point did anyone try to take responsibility or offer to make things right. Instead, the manager walked away mid-conversation after I dropped a frustrated “f-bomb,” even though my kids had been waiting for food since 6:51pm and it was now 8:00pm.
And while I don’t like being pushed out of character, I am genuinely tired of companies offering the worst customer service with zero accountability — then turning around to make the customer feel like they’re in the wrong when they’ve clearly been pushed too far. This wasn’t just a glitch. It was a failure to listen, to take ownership, and to treat a customer with basic decency.

I checked my order status and it said it was being prepared. I checked it a few minutes later and it was canceled again I called and spoke with a girl who was nice and tried to help me but had to ask her manager for assistance who then told her they couldn't deliver to me. She didn't speak to me look at anything she didn't care at all. I thought maybe I had the wrong store selected bc I've had dominos delivered here many times before so I went back to the website and saw that it said that was the store for my delivery address so I called back and asked to speak with the manager this time she told the employee she was too busy to talk to me which I get it's superbowl Sunday and busy but they didn't ask me if I wanted to wait or that she'd be with me when she can she told him she couldn't talk so I began trying to explain the situation and the employee hung up on me again!!! I called back and the delivery driver I spoke with was very compassionate and understanding and helped me out and explained there was an incident at a nearby address and they can no longer deliver here. I then switched my order to pick up. No problem but the customer service and managers lack of care for her job is unbelievable. I'm a manager at the 2 busiest stores in my state so I understand more than anyone being busy and flustered and I was very kind and respectful, understanding through all of that however I will be reporting that store bc that was ridiculous it's 8 o'clock and my employee is just now picking our food up that I originally...

I ordered a pan pizza with ham and sausage. When I got it home it was extremally undercooked - raw even. I took it back to the store and showed them that the dough was literally still stretchy. The woman immediately took an attitude and insisted that the pan pizza has cheese in the dough so it may look undercooked but it isn't. I politely expressed that I have gotten pan pizza from other Domino's locations in the past and have never had one with this consistency. Rather than providing good customer service or even validating my concern, she simply repeated what she said before as if I was not listening the first time. I restated the claim that the pizza was clearly undercooked. She acted annoyed, maintained a rude attitude, and said "I can make you a new one". When the pizza finally came out she loudly expressed "its temping ten over" and brought it to the front.
