Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Service is terrible. The girl I had to deal with was clearly annoyed that she was working. She was very rude and was irritated that she was out of the cone I asked for and had to “walk out back to get more”. It was a simple cake cone...and it’s her job! I asked her a simple question about the flavor of one of the donuts and she replied, “we don’t make the donuts here!” I was just asking about the flavor icing on top and repeated that assuming she didn’t understand what I said. She replied with the exact same answer even more irritated. Really?? She needs to find a new job not dealing with the public. I am contacting the owner of this franchise....

I visit this location almost daily and this Dunkin is consistently wonderful. Except for brief times Saturday mornings in the summer when throngs of beach goers descend upon southern DE, the store and restrooms are kept very clean. The store manager is a dynamo, she is present every day keeps things running like a clock. The decaf coffee is fresh (which can be a problem in many places), and during off hours when traffic is slow, they are always happy to brew a fresh pot. The employees are all friendly, courteous, well trained and very efficient. And a recent addition to the staff, Arianna is literally a ray...

In my opinion it really depends on who is working at the time. The summer crew is great at what they do and possess fun personalities. The current crew tends to be more robotic in terms of this is what you owe, here is your order. I remember one day in summer when the person in front of me paid for my 15 dollar order, and the drive through girl explained with such amazement and zest what had been going on that you could not help but pay for the car behind you.
