I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn’t receive something I thought I ordered. Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn't on the receipt and waived it in my face so fast I didn’t have time to read it. So I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it and also asked for the original receipt so I could make sure it was correct since I never got a good look at it. I saw there were two side items on it that I didn’t order and asked for them to be taken off. She tried to argue with me about the side items being in the kids meals but I had ordered different side items for the kids meals. Eventually she begins to issue me the refund and complains to the young man at the window about me, right in front of me. I interject and said that he was the one who didn’t hear my order correctly and the situation wasn’t my fault. As she was handing me the refund she was VERY condescending and said something along these lines “It’s loud in here, sweetheart, we’re busy. We have people back here and in the front of the store. You’re not the only customer we have, sweetheart.” She didn’t want to take the time to provide good customer service and solve the problem. She just wanted me out of the way because they were busy and, instead, Anne treated ME like the problem. All I wanted was to take home a correct order of food and not be overcharged. I didn’t think that was too much to ask. At no time did I raise my voice or act inappropriately to deserve to be treated the way I was by Anne. Read moreOrdered from Door Dash. Food was.cold when. It arrived, which is normal, and I know I have to reheat. But, a lot of our order was missing. So I called the store, no one answers the phone. I had to drive down to the store, which was basically empty. 3 people working, a young man at the drive thru, one guy sitting taking a break, and what was presumably the manager hiding in the office somewhere. The drive thru worker was the only one who acknowledged that we walked in after standing there several minutes. He yelled for the manager, who did promptly give us the food that was omitted. I was told the phones "dont work" but then was also told they just turn the ringer off. It's first world problems, but our order was $80, and the dasher got a tip, for cold food that I had to go get myself anyway. Read moreI have called multiple times and tried to talk to the general manager or a manager in charge, some lady keeps telling me she's going to relay the message that the manager is going to call me back. The original guy did give me $15 of credit of my meal but when I went to go get the credit they tried to tell me that I had to talk to the general manager even though there was a no left for me under summer Ryan saying that I had a credit of $15. The lady at the drive-thru that they said that she wasn't able to process it without the general manager. Then I caught a couple days later the same lady told me that I had to wait to talk to her that she would give me a call back a few more days later I called back and still wasn't able to talk to any management regarding the issue.
