Workers weren't paying attention while making orders, my sister in law and my brother went here yesterday there was about 4 people in the deli. The people in the deli had 0 idea of what they were doing, my sister ordered food for her family, she had 4 bowls, a sub, and some fries. The bowl she had ordered for herself was a special order along with another bowl and the sandwhich, not one single person called her for her special order luckily she caught them messing up the sub. The sub was extremely easy it was a honey smoked turkey with extra mayo, pickles, lettuce, and special order which was to take the turkey off of the sub. She saw a sub that looked like what was supposed to be hers and she asked one of the associates who had attitude if it was her sub, she rudely said yes and my sister told her it was supposed to have a special order and told her what it was. The person making it had put jalapeños on that originally, he was told to throw it away because of how badly they messed up, the sandwich had cheese and mayo that's it. My sisters bowl was supposed to have a special order as well, her order was also simple a mash potato mac and cheese bowl with chicken fingers and honey mustard and banana peppers because it's not very spicy. Her special order was honey mustard on the side, instead she got like half a scoop of Mac and cheese half a scoop of mash potatoes honey mustard and jalapeños. She couldn't eat it at all because her medical conditions she can't have spicy stuff (example jalapeños, Buffalo sauce, crushed red pepper) she didn't notice before she left because her bowl was on the bottom, when they got home the discovered they messed two bowls and the sub, due to attitude from the employees my sister didn't feel comfortable calling this wawa. So my brother decided to contact corporate and their response was disgusting, they told them that they aren't qualified for a refund and when my brother contacted them he didn't even ask for a refund he wanted them to know how badly they messed up and how this could have sent my sister to the er had she actually eaten her bowl. I would suggest any other gas station other than wawa! There is a dash in on route 13 by the airport and there is a royal farms on route 9 near Firestone, also there is a BP in the plaza where Firestone is as well but the BP is awesome and the worker at BP are the best unlike this wawa. Please don't go here, if you have an allergy or can't handle spice they don't care they will put...
Read moreHonest to god one of the most hilarious experiences in my life. Had a record setting three different people try to swindle me in the less then 15 minutes I was at the station. (and maybe try to rob me? Little unsure on that last one.) For context this was at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. (Was returning home to NJ after meeting up with some friends.) First gentleman beckoned me to his car with the classic I need a few more dollars to get gas to get home, crocodile tears and all. I'd give it a 5/10 very unconvincing acting. Second gentleman caught at the door as I tried to leave with my sandwich. Similar script 0 emotion 1/10. Suggested he teamed up with the dude sitting out in his car also looking for gas money (didn't appreciate the advice.) Third gentleman came to my car as I sat and ate trying repeatedly to get me to lower my window asking for directions and holding something in place with a hand to his coat pocket. Don't know why he thought someone with out of state plates could help him find his cousins house. Sneaking suspicion there were ulterior motives but who can say for sure. He was persistent enough I gave up on trying to eat in the parking lot. I'd give him an 8/10 for commitment to his craft and me almost grabbing my pepper spray. If you look like you maybe aren't from the area or aren't use to handling these kinds of situations I would definitely drive 5 or 10 minutes in any other direction to try a...
Read moreMy food is never right. Their hours of operation are sporadic. And they are quite rude in the evenings. Homeless people tend to hang out, out front and beg for money which I do not mind and always help when I can but the workers are always yelling at them and cussing at them which I do mind. I understand that is loitering but I even see them get bullied off the property near the building as well. Today I was only given half a cold panini and it wasn't correct at all and they forgot the ingredients I payed extra for refused to make a new one or refund so I had to sit and eat my sad Panini in my car and cry internally. Which then began me listening to emo music again which my bf hates. So thanks Wawa for always helping me get in that soupy depressing mood, the only thing y'all are good for is ur coffee. Gas is even overpriced 🥲 I will attach my sad Panini so y'all can cry internally with me and listen to Ed Sheeran. UPDATE: THEY WONT LET ME ADD MY SAD...
