One of the best places to eat IMO in Northern Delaware! Their pizza is good quality. They melt their mozz just right so it has that long stringy look when you bite it and pull. The sauce is good also, they have a sweeter sauce which has a good contrast with the saltiness of mozzarella. Sometimes the owner gives away a free slice to my family out of respect because we frequent there a lot. They care about their costumers satisfaction which my belly does appreciate :D.
Their cheese-steaks are probably also some of the best I've had in Northern Delaware too. They have a giant monitor that gives you insight on their goals when it comes to meats inside of the store and it's actually a nice touch I feel.
I can't speak for any burger but their Delux Bacon Cheeseburger. It's phenomenal to a point of it's size and price. You get fries and a small cup of coleslaw, it's really a good price. The burger is cooked well and has a good flavor, on-top of that you get bacon. What's not to love?
Their soup is all homemade and the majority of it is good! Their clam chowder soup however is not as good as their others. Still tasty and good but, gritty and in the winter somewhat out of season. TBH I've never ate at a place that has done homemade soups well. This place does them well and excels at it.
Overall their pizza is I'd say about a 3.5-4/5 and the majority of their sandwiches, deluxe burgers, wraps, and cheese-steaks are absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. If you find yourself in Delaware PLEASE stop in here, you'd be doing yourself a great disservice...
Read moreUSED TO MAKE THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA. Now, they are over-priced and cheaply made. Very disappointing. They have a great menu and are usually very fast (maybe the cause of the diminished quality). They deliver and are very friendly. Their Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad used to be the best around too, but what you get now is not what they used to provide. (UPDATE: 3-26-19) I decided to give them another try. Instead of their over-priced Buffalo Chicken Pizza being their usual price of $19. it is now a whopping $23. for their pizza. The pizza was very good (better than my last one there), but in no way can $23. be justified for their pizza, when other pizza shops are charging $15. for the same specialty pizza. UPDATE: 9-6-20) Not sure what has taken place there, but tonight I got THE BEST Buffalo Chicken Pizza I have ever gotten anywhere. The bottom wasn't burnt, there was the perfect amount of cheese, chicken and sause. It was even sliced carefully. It was delicious. I will be enjoying that pizza for the next 3 days. As far as the price? The other pizza shops are catching up to the price I paid, BUT nobody else around here can make a pizza the way I got one tonight. I hope they remain consistently as diligent with every pizza they make...
Read moreMade an order today, pizza and 3 orders of garlic knots with two 2 liter soda as the Google menu shows the total I assumed was $30. It came to $40. I pulled up their website because the Google menu was wrong, on their website the menu showed they didn't even have garlic knots. So I called to talk about the prices and see what the difference was and what was actually ordered. So to explain the Google menu shows knots at $3 their menu shows garlic bread as $4.75 and breadsticks at 5:50 then the pizza is 9.50 but the website menu is 13.75. So since all of these issues and price differences popped up I said I would like to cancel my order. After a little silence the girl I talked to hung up. About 2 minutes later a guy calls me and said that I was yelling at her and I hung up and I should apologize to her.......... she hung up on me, why would I hang up I want my refund...he called and got my card number for the refund. He was rude and if you are wondering why I gave you guys one star it is because you asked for me to...
