The BOGO order showed Prepared and Ready to pickup in app. The manager said he did not get the order at all and left for bio break, bullshiting the customer. When he came back customer (I) had already printed the receipt from the terminal, and the manager was in disgust, somehow after arguments he agreed to get it ready. Aaand, The lady did not ask for any sauce to be added, any questions, no conversation with customer at all, not even how are you doing? or sorry we are seeing your order now, apologies or anything. Nothing. Handed over to me two Veg Delight, those had no veggies on both ends of footlong. (Customer) I did not feel its worth to argue with the manager, after comign back home, added Honey Mustard and kosher dill and ate it. Seeing 3 stars here, in fact the mangaer or store owner has not learned a lesson yet, Its solid 1 star from me. Sorry to say but customer has to be treated well, but these are bunch of * **, I left my hope and did not argue at all and came back. Read moreWe ordered 3 -12” subs . Just Under the Turkey ham sandwich there was a curled piece of hair. I showed it to the restaurant person who prepared it. He is an African American boy who has similar curled black hair (without covering his hair). This person just laughed for it and was not respecting to the customer and said he cannot do anything since the hair is outside of the sandwich since it just under the sandwich (not inside the sandwich). I asked him if he was served a sandwich like that would he eat it, he replied “NO but I cannot do anything for this ”. They didn’t show any kind of apology for the inconvenience the customer had instead laughed. I am really disappointed about the poor sanitary conditions and poor customer care of this restaurant.
