We had a wonderful experience today! The store was busy with people Christmas shopping. Our experience started with Cora! She was amazing, she helped me with an an exchange (we bought a charm two times in a row, I guess one could we really liked that charm!) Then, she assisted my son with a bracelet and showed us several charms. The whole time she was full of vibrance and smiles! Because we are normal Pandora shoppers, I told her she could help other shoppers that were ready. She asked if I was sure and I absolutely was. I knew we weren't going to go anywhere and the other shoppers were ready to purchase, I thought it was really kind of her to make sure I was sure. Super nice gal! Then, Damion was finished with the customers he was working with and stepped right in where we left off with Cora. He was very helpful and full of vibrance! He showed us a couple rings, some charms, and answered our questions about engraving. Once we decided on our purchase, he assisted us with finalizing of it, boxed and bagged our purchases and thanked us for our business. Cora also thanked us on our way out. Considering how busy it was and I am certain it had been all day, the customer service and teamwork we experienced at this store was far above perfect! Read moreMy mom had a bracelet from pandora that she had taken in last year because it had tarnished. After having an associate there tell here there was nothing she could do to restore it, the associate tried to get my mom to buy a new bracelet and when my mom kindly declined because my niece and nephew bought it for her the associate dismissed her and moved on to another customer. So this year I decided to take my mom's bracelet without her knowledge and take it back to the same pandora. To my surprise ( I figured I would run into problems again) there was an associate there that said " No problem I can fix this" ! After about 15 minutes she brought my mom's bracelet back to me restored and absolutely beautiful!! The associate didn't try to sell me anything she just wanted to make sure I was happy ! I did end up buying another charm and a safety chain to add to my mom's bracelet, and I wasn't pressured to do so. Long story short, I was able to make my mom's 77th Birthday really special ! Read moreOn 1/1/25,I purchased earring and a ring for a gift. Informed Makayla O #1187426 that I was not sure of the size and she stated that I could exchange for the right size. Went to the store today and was informed this was a final sale item and could not be exchanged! No where on the receipt does it state this is a final sale item and Makayla stated I could exchange the item. Very upset by this as the item was a gift and the manner in which I was treated. Totally ignored what the sales rep had said and was just well it was a sale item and the store does not exchange sale items. Other businesses clearly state final sale item on receipts of sale items but not Pandora. The rep tells you can exchange and then when you try you are told you cannot! I have always felt that Pandora was a customer oriented establishment but not after my interaction today. I own a number of items from Pandora and have had my bracelets cleaned at the store.
