I love going to this Wendy's in Delaware. I have severe food allergies and anytime I go through the drive thru an mention these "no bun" it's like they know it's me. My food is always prepared and packed separately from my sons/boyfriends. They also give me extra toppings for my potato since they know I can't eat much.
Update. Since my last review on this Wendy's, I have to change my rating. I said while in the drive thru that I needed no toppings, only cheese on my son's burger. I called back in to report that he had toppings and zero cheese but I was hung up on the first time I called in. The second time I again demanded the General Manager and once she got on the line I explained to her the importance of no toppings for him. It's like we throw away money when pickles or ketchup touch his food because he will not eat, period. She said she was just like him with her food. She then asked how I'd like her to remedy the issue and said she was going to mail us 4 free meal coupons to our home. We'll that was on 6-21 and we've yet to receive them. The excuse she gave for the topping thing was she has a new girl preparing the burgers who couldn't read the English screen, but that's not my fault. After confirming order, I moved to vehicle to stay warm and dry, after 15 minutes surely the food should be done so since the drive through was empty I pulled up to the pickup window. The guy opened the window with a Additude and practically tossed the bag to me replying "last time we do this" I asked do what?, window slammed. Rediclous, this new store is terrible and difficult. Dave would be spinning in his grave if he knew that you now have to ring a damn door bell to get any service then get treated like an inconvenience to the crew of four that took almost 20 mins for a cold old order. Nuggets dry and not fresh like bottom of the bin waste of time. The gentleman with the Additude had two different colors for hair dark styles and need better training and manners. I will not be back to this location, awful experience to the new store I was at first excited to try out and see...won't last long doing business this way, I'll get something else or drive further where the crew and food is...

Called and talk to gm Lindsey who was not apologetic. Asked why even when I asked for the drinks at pickup they didn't confirm order? no answer nor apology from lindsey. She did give an answer on why we had no lettuce on our sandwiches she said because of the wildfires which, sarcastically she opined, there is a sign on our order board which I told her doesn't really help online orders huh.
