AVOID THIS WENDYS!!! Ordered delivery through the app, which is delivered by DoorDash. My order (which totaled almost $40 btw) arrived missing 1 of the 2 meals completely, all of the sauces that I paid for, and no straws for my drinks. literally half of my order. After delivery, I didn’t have an option to contact DoorDash support and even when I did I was told I would have to go through the restaurant since i ordered from them directly. We called the restaurant and at first they tried to tell us we had to contact doordash, but then said that our only option was to drive to the restaurant and go through the drive thru to get the missing items. After arriving, we were told that we had to choose between either receiving our meal (which they neglected to give us the first time) OR a refund. But they could not do both. They also said that they couldn’t do anything about the almost $12 we paid in delivery and service fees and that we would have to contact doordash, but DoorDash already said they can’t compensate for that. So now I’ve wasted money, gas, and a whole lot of time over a mistake that happened between Wendy’s and DoorDash, and wasn’t even given an apology 🤦🏼♀️ I tried contacting wendys customer support but it’s after business hours so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I understand that mistakes happen but the employees handled the whole situation with attitude when it all could have been avoided had they just done their job correctly...

Went to bathroom while waiting came out and manager said he thought I left and someone took my order "by mistake". There were only two ppl in there that you took am order from and you can't remember that I ordered something completely different? And she claimed two separate orders?! When the customer asked for a refund on her mobile order the manager explained that they couldn’t do that but give her stuff that was the same amount as the first order. The customer agreed, but as the manager was making the new order he kept complaining saying that he needs to speak with the district manager (he said this multiple times). On top of this he confronted the customer in a very rude manner, and kept interrupting her when she spoke. Not only this, when the customer stated that they will call the district manager he then confronted the customer again, while the cashier on duty said that was discrimination because they were the same race.
