Worst service ever and hate to do this as my Nextdoor neighbor owns 4 or 5 McDonald's and hate to give the name a bad name but. I went there and ordered a number #7 (2 CB meal) and 2 plain CB's for my son with just cheese and meat. We wait 18 minutes in line and get to the window to let them know we were missing a CB. This half girl looking thing with pink/blue hair and metal in her nose rudely said "No you have everything" I explained nicely no I ordered 2 of them like ive always done the last 3 years as my kid eats the same thing over and over. She replies "No you didnt I know what you ordered and if you dont like it you can leave or turn around and wait in line again".. I tell her my truck has 7 cameras and Ill gladly play back my order to her and lets not make a big deal about this, all we got to do is charge mw or make another one. She immediately goes wack job screaming "Its illegal to video tape minors".. Mind you no one was taping anything but my car was recording the car in front of me, behind me, and sound audio from inside the car(hint she would clearly hear what i ordered from that if I played the audio hear but she/he wasnt hearing that).. Extremely rude and flat out lazy service and he Manager(older ladie who looks like she had a rough life) just stood there telling her to "close the window we dont service people that record us". Overall me and my 8 year old left with our minds blown. She was disgusting with a pimple and even a big red sore on lip with crusty metal hanging out her nose. She had on a dirty hat with what looked to be dirty non washed blue/pink hair hanging out the hat. What a joke this place was but never was like this 2 plus years ago, I am sure its had to have changed ownerships or something in that time frame. Read moreOrdered on the app. Received confirmation and my code so I know it went through. Confirmed I was at the correct location. The lady said she did not get any mobile order. Sat there for a few minutes before III decided to problem solve and greet them at the window to show them the proof of my mobile order. She looked at it and confirmed. After trying to figure out what was going on for 5 minutes, she sent me up to the next window. The girl at the window basically said, why did they send you up here? We don’t have anything. After telling her that I have the confirmation and money was taken out of my account, I sat for another few minutes while they tried to “figure it out” instead of finding any kind of alternative or any kind of solution to the issue, the girl literally said “I cannot help you, there’s no order”. Then just stood there. Like can you help me figure out how to cancel the order and can I re-order??? Nope. Nothing. Just stood there. As I got a little frustrated and got no help from the employees, I told them I guess I will figure it out myself, but thank you and proceeded to drive away since it was clear they weren’t going to do anything. As I drove away, I could hear the employee yelling things out the window towards me with complete attitude. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. This McDonald’s used to be great but it seems like they are hiring people that have zero professionalism or any problem solving skills. They also lack empathy.
