Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delhi Township

I am disappointed about my visit at the Dunkin in Delhi, Ohio. I had a mobile order with a medium ice coffee, cream, some syrup, and cold foam in addition to a breakfast sandwich. When I picked up my order the drink had no cold foam. I went back and asked for cold foam on my drink. The lady in the speaker was very understanding and polite. I was given a cup of cold foam which I had to add onto my drink. I then had to ask for a different lid to be able to drink with the cold foam. I was given attitude when asking. Once I got nearly to work I tasted through the cold foam and my coffee was bitter and had no flavor. The drink had none of the flavors I requested. I could not go back the second time to get my drink fixed. I was very disappointed and safe to say I won’t be returning to that location. I ordered a coffee with cold foam and flavors yet was originally given a plain coffee with no foam OR flavor. I feel as if my money was wasted on a drink I could not enjoy. I usually have no issues at my usual location and was sad that I decided to go to a different location this morning. I have heard other stories about this location making orders incorrectly. Y’all…I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. They only handed me 1 everything bagel with cream cheese. I say, “oh actually I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese.” They look at me and then walk away for a moment, no biggie, they’re gonna go make it for sure. A couple more folks walk toward the window and ask what I’m missing, I say, “an everything bagel with cream cheese.” The original barista comes back and says, “what’s in that bag?” I hold up the bag and they say “no not that bag the other one.” I proceed to show her the one everything bagel with cream cheese. They leave. Then another barista hands me a bag with an everything bagel in it. Finally I have my two everything bagels with cream cheese. I get home and settle in, only to find 1 everything bagel with cream cheese and 1 everything bagel with eggs and cheese. I am not upset, in fact I giggled to myself. worst customer service every single time. they're all lazy and the management is extremely unprofessional. this is not the first time we have been given attitude at this location when the workers make our drinks incorrectly. i ordered a caramel latte, and was given an iced coffee. i told them it was meant to be a latte, they took it, removed the sticker and handed me back the same drink... they thought i was stupid and wouldn't be able to tell what drink i ordered. this is degrading and lazy. we then went inside to correct the drink for the THIRD TIME and the manager gave attitude to no shock. she had no idea what a latte was and wanted to argue about it. i just wanted my drink made right and not be served attitude. won't be returning until they get less lazy and attitude workers. glenway dunkin isn't that much...
