I went into this location to purchase a French Cruller and coffee and there was a male at the register by the name of Samuel that stated in order for me to use the restroom I would need to Purchase my meal and coffee first before I can use the restroom. When I asked for a supervisor because that make no sense for my to purchase my food and drink then leave it out on a table somewhere then use the restroom. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he stated he is the manager. I said never mind Iāll just take my business elsewhere. He smirked and said bye bye. I walked back in and asked for the managers name and number or corporates number and he stated he didnāt know. I said how is it that you donāt know the managers name he replied Barbosa. I figured, no big deal, I'll grab it sometime this week when I have time. I was planning to go in tomorrow morning to grab it but then I get a text message from my bank asking this afternoon to verify a $506.95 purchase for a Visa gift card and another $106 in feminine hygiene products... because of this I presumed I had to have dropped it somewhere and misremembered leaving it with Dunkin', so I called Dunkin' to double check and the employee on the line confirms for me that they still have my credit card sitting in their drawer. So my worst fear confirmed and someone working at this location took my credit card information and used it to to purchase things for themselves. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered on the go, got my coffee no problem. Decided to buy a doughnut. New employee didnt know what a chocolate doughnut was. I then pointed & said right in front of you. Then a female employee "Leslie" got the doughnut for me. I gave her two dollars. She stood there with my 95 cents change staring at the guy employee. I asked can i have my change. She said rudely you wait. It takes a fraction of a second to hand over a receipt & change. Why do they hire such rude employees? Help cant be that hard to find. Aftee arguing with her, their was no manager on site. Update: Corporate sent me some coupons for the rude service. The coupons turn out be expired, so i spent more money with them.
