Do not order from this location. I ordered online, did the spicy east coast Italian combo with a LARGE fruit punch and bbq chips. Order got here and the drink was a medium. I told the delivery driver when he arrived and he said he would tell the store when he got back. I called the restaurant to advise them of my issue and they insisted that on their end it was a medium. I told the “manager” at that time that I have an email confirmation showing that my drink is supposed to be a large. I specifically ordered a large because I was parched. I asked if they could bring me my correct sized drink and the “manager” on duty hung up in my face. I called back and was instantly placed on hold and then someone else picked up the phone, at that point I didn’t even want the food anymore so I requested a refund. They told me that they would come back to pick up the food if I wanted a refund, I told them to come as I did not eat the meal yet. They were willing to come back and pick up the food because I requested a refund instead of just bringing the correct sized drink that I paid for. Having said all of that I am extremely displeased by the service received here today. The company I work for did a large company order just yesterday and this location had also forgotten so many items on the order (was not aware of this until after I ordered). On top of all of this the delivery took almost an hour. I mean this is not like jimmy johns to take an hour to deliver one meal. I purposely ordered from here today because of convenience and I purposely ordered a large drink because I was parched. None of my expectations were met. There was also no empathy towards the situation. We are Celiacs and must be Gluten Free - so ALWAYS go there to get their lettuce wraps when hankering for a 'sub.' The person that I just encountered at the front register was incredibly RUDE. I was not greeted like usual; this person kept staring blankly out at the parking lot; and also told me that he didn't think "their bread contained GLUTEN." REALLY??? Then I explained that we wanted their breadless wraps - but to please make sure they are not cross contaminated with the bread crumbs, knife with crumbs and goo already on it....He turned on his heel and disappeared. The other two workers looked at me and I looked at them - then the first one reappeared from the back and slammed down what looked like 2 very large cutting boards on the stainless counter on the other side of the room. His actions and attitude were very disturbing! At this point, I looked at the first worker and said, "Bye, I am out of here after that display." ...and I may never ever go back. I called at 1:05PM when I realized that my contact information wasn't correct. The system didn't state that the order had gone out, but the individual said he'd have to contact the delivery driver and asked what the delivery address was going to be. Did not ask for the correct contact information. Okay... I guess that's acceptable... At 1:32PM I called again to make sure my order was received since I've never had a Jimmy John's order take this long. I received the most flippant response of, "If you placed the order, we got it." I'm not sure who's training these kids, but it's unfortunate because unless they intend on working there forever, the skills they're acquiring will not get them anywhere.
