The Delray branch of Marash is a streamlined offshoot of the original Hallandale location, offering a tighter menu that puts the spotlight on Doner Kebab, Lamb Chops, and Chicken. While the breadth of options is scaled back, the kitchen clearly knows what it does well—and sticks to it.

We started with the mixed er platter featuring Babaghanoush, Hummus, and Tzatziki. Of the three, the Babaghanoush stood out with a pleasantly smoky depth; the others were serviceable, but forgettable. The hummus in particular was bland and lacking tahini—something the owner acknowledged, noting that Turkish recipes traditionally use far less than their Arab counterparts. A spicy red pepper dip is available on the side, though, and it’s a great addition—either to liven up the hummus or as a bold complement to the kebab.

The falafel is a premade product—not house-made—and frankly, not worth repeating.

The real draw here is the Doner Kebab (listed simply as “beef” on the menu), which is a house-made blend of halal beef and lamb. You can get it as a traditional platter with rice and salad, as Iskender (topped with tomato sauce and yogurt), or in the Beytuni style—wrapped in lavash with a drizzle of both sauces. I lean toward the Iskender version for its bolder tomato flavor, but regardless of presentation, the Doner is excellent: tender, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying.

If you’re in Delray or Boynton and craving Turkish fare, this spot is a (slightly) closer alternative to CITIR in East Boca—and a very good...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of dining at Marash, and I must say — this is hands down one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve ever been to in the U.S.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an authentic ambiance that transported me straight to Turkey. I ordered the doner kebab, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The meat was incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to juicy perfection — you could tell it was made with care and tradition. The portion was generous, and the presentation was elegant.

What truly impressed me was the balance between authenticity and quality. The spices, the texture of the meat, even the way it was served — it felt like I was enjoying döner in a cozy corner of Istanbul.

The service was also exceptional. Friendly, attentive staff who genuinely care about your experience. They made great recommendations and checked in just enough without being intrusive.

If you’re looking for real Turkish flavor, whether you’re Turkish or just someone who appreciates good food, Marash is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning — and bringing friends with me next time. Highly...

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Marash Mediterranean! From the moment we walked in, Mehmet made us feel like we had stepped right into his family’s kitchen. He welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality, treating us as if we were part of his own family.

He was incredibly attentive to all of our needs, especially in accommodating us with our 3-month-old son, which made the experience even more special. Mehmet went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

One of the highlights was when he noticed how much my wife enjoyed the Turkish tea. To our surprise, he sent us home with fresh tea leaves and rose buds so we could recreate the experience in our own home. That thoughtful gesture truly touched us and is something we’ll never forget.

The food, the atmosphere, and the service all exceeded our expectations, but it was Mehmet’s kindness and attentiveness that made our visit unforgettable. We cannot recommend Marash Mediterranean highly enough—if you’re looking for an experience filled with delicious food and genuine hospitality, this is the...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marash healthy food Absolutely incredible new Mediterranean spot on Linton Blvd in Delray Beach! Everything is fresh, healthy, and packed with flavor. The meats are top quality, and the variety is great—salads, wraps, shawarma, gyros, and amazing platters. There are also great vegetarian options, so there’s something for everyone. They offer a family platter for 2 at just $39.90 and a generous platter for 4 at $77.90—both come with rice, salad, and pita. You can even add mouthwatering lamb chops for just $7.90 each—highly recommend! Sandwiches start at $15 and platters at around $20–$23. Appetizers like baba ghanoush, grape leaves, falafel, and cigar rolls are all delicious and beautifully presented. Don’t miss the fresh lemonade, and be sure to end your meal with a rich Turkish coffee. A fantastic new addition to the area—can’t wait to come back!

I checked out this brand new Turkish spot and was seriously impressed! The baklava was amazing—super fresh, just the right amount of sweetness, and totally authentic. The place is spotless, and you can tell the owners really go the extra mile to keep everything hygienic. Honestly, the utensils were the cleanest I’ve seen in any restaurant in the U.S. On top of that, the owners are incredibly friendly and sincere—you can feel their passion in every detail. Great vibes, great food—I’ll definitely be back. The Delray community is lucky to have a place like this opening up!
