If I could give 0 star that was gonna be your score for customer service and apparent discrimination.

I visited your restaurant during my lunch time on Saturday 09/24/2022 and the service that I got was the worst of the worst no body cared to acknowledge my presence as I waited for a representative to take my order for approximately 17 minutes meanwhile I was the only person in line. During my seventeen minutes wait two employees walked by and never acknowledge my presence, and never inquired if I'm being help or not, it is as if I was invisible. To make things worst, a white couple walked in and stood behind me as I was repeatedly ignored. Almost immediately after the white couple came in, one of the same employee that ignored me previously, promptly approached them and politely greeted them and wanted to take their order as I invisibly stood by.

To my surprise, the couple had to redirect the attention of the employee to me and stated that I was here before them. This is terrible and very disgusting to have been treated like this in 2022. I think that it would have been best if there had been a sign that said whites only. At least I would have known not to enter this place. I'm so torn up about this as a young woman who was just seeking for a place to purchase a good meal but instead lost my appetite!

This is a great disgrace to this place that is labeled as an Italian restaurant as I've dined in at multiple Italian restaurants of classes and variations, but was never treated like this nor observed anyone else being treated like this before.

Nonetheless, the employee approached me to take my order after having to be redirected to me by the couple standing behind me. Keep in mind, that I had been standing and waiting for over 17 minutes now. At this point, I had lost my appetite and just felt dehumanized. A dog and some other animal would have received a better treatment by a long shot then I was treated that day.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW ABOUT THE FOOD, JUST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Being new to the area, I checked out this restaurant because of a coupon offer I received in the mail. When I ordered the pizza pie, I specifically stated NO GARLIC (my girlfriend is sensitive to the smell and taste of Garlic. The fellow (Justin, who claimed he is the owner) said OK. When I brought the two pies to my car, my girlfriend immediately said she smelled garlic and asked if I told them no garlic. I brought the pies back and asked if there was any garlic in the pizza. I was told yes, there is a small amount of garlic powder in the tomato sauce. I reminded him that I said no garlic to which he replied that they did not add any "extra" garlic but that there was already garlic in the sauce. I said that he should have told me there was already garlic and I asked for a refund. He refused the refund, saying that the policy was no refunds, store credit only. I asked to speak with the owner, and he said he was. I pointed out that there was no sign stating no refunds. I took the pizza and needless to say 1) my girlfriend was not happy (so neither was I). and 2) Because of Justin's attitude, I will not be returning. When he refused to give me a refund, I stated that I will give bad reviews on social media. He did not...

I wish I never walked in this joint. As soon as I walked in, one of the servers started speaking to me with an attitude as if i was a burden to her. I ordered to go and she said it would be 10 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, no one even started on my food. I stood waiting by the counter and the servers and busboys walked passed me without any acknowledgement whatsoever. After 5 minutes of just standing there I asked one of them if my order was ready. That’s when he was rushing to put my food together. The food was DISGUSTING. I got the eggplant parmigiana, which I thought would be a piece of lasagna. I got it in sandwich form with melted cheese. The eggplant did not even look real. The presentation was just very unappealing. I wish I took pictures before throwing it out. The chicken in the soup looked uncooked. The soup taste like it came from a can that was heated and served. The pizza was dry af, it was so hard to chew the crust. I would NOT recommend this place. Don’t waste your time. The food is disgusting, the staff are rude, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. As soon as I walked in, I felt the atmosphere was very tense with negative vibes. I truly regret wasting money on this trashy...
