It must be a Deerpark Florida thing, this is the second place im doing a review that was horrible service. Where we come from we still have to placebour order with an employee. We did not know we had to order from a kiosk which was no big deal if they were nice into tell us. Ordering from a kiosk was very new to us since we never did it. We both got frustrated and finally has to ask for help. At the end we were paying in cash. The employee who helped us walked away, I guess he assumed we knew what to do next. We walked up to the counter to pay and one rudely said "that end" with no eye contact. Thank goodness I understood what he meant pointing for being a deaf person. So we went to the other end. Again we waited and waited and the 4 people working failed to assist us for a while. My husband had to ask them if someone can help us o e guy said what's your name and he told them. The guy was lile we don't have a order for you, my husband said we'll dah we have been trying to pay cash to so.rone for our meal. Finally the young woman came to assist and get our cash. We then sat to wait. Two other customers who came in placed their order after us and both got theirs before we got ours. Our patients what getting worked up. I was hungry after no food since I just drove 12 hours to get here from Missouri. My husband had to leave for work by 830pm and it was now 815pm. He asked again for where our mear was. The man said just a min. Finally 5 min after asking g we got our meal. The food was not fresh and overpowered with lettuce. We were not thrilled but ate what we could and left. Praying our next place we eat at is better. Almost forgot there was a loud screaming noise nonstop almost like an alarm to notify them of an oven that had food that needed out. That buzzer stayed on for several minutes kid you not at least 10 to 15 minutes before they stopped it then again it went off soon after and it was still buzzing when we left. My head was killing me and we could not enjoy a...

I usually love Taco Bell, but my experience at the Delray Beach location on Atlantic Avenue a few weeks ago was absolutely horrifying, and I’m still shocked. Apologies for the delay in writing this, I’ve been out of town, but I felt it was necessary to share what I experienced.
I ordered my food through the drive-thru, and as usual, they forgot napkins and sauces. It’s a common issue, but I wasn’t too bothered at first. However, things took a disgusting turn when I decided to park and go inside to grab what they forgot.
What I witnessed inside was beyond shocking. There was an employee barefoot, sitting at a table where customers typically eat, with her feet on the table while she watched videos like she was at home. Honestly, I was so appalled that I almost threw up. What was even worse? No one else in the store seemed to care – the other employees acted like nothing was wrong.
I couldn’t believe this was happening, especially in Delray Beach, a city I’ve always loved. I took my food, threw it out, and left immediately. I could have caused a scene, but it was clear these employees didn’t care, and I was disgusted by the whole situation.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this Taco Bell location. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and care for customers was unbelievable. This place needs some serious attention and improvement. Stay away if you value your health and peace of mind.
Here are some pictures I took – this place is beyond nasty. So disappointed, Taco...
Read moreI drove 10 minutes to this location, it took about 15 minutes to get my food, 10 minutes back to my house, 5 minutes until I discovered they gave me the wrong food, I was given food that I am highly allergic to and would have gotten deathly ill if I consumed that poison. So that’s 40 minutes to find out the manager Rafael was not doing his job. I drive 10 minutes back to the location and 5 minutes in line to finally get to confront Rafael the “manager” and explained the situation to him and he was completely dismissive. He repeatedly asked me for my receipt and I said I don’t have it on me and that it was sitting next to the rest of my food getting cold on my counter. Once I told him I didn’t have it i was promptly given an attitude and directed to pull around front where the food would be brought out to me. Then there was an additional 5 minute wait till the food was received. I then drove 10 min back to my house. So all in all it took me 70 minutes to get the correct order and to come home to half of it being cold. After working a 10 hour day and wanting to grab “fast food” then having to deal with this and the horrible customer service on top of it was absolutely not what I had planned. This place was anything but “fast” “customer focused” and “convenient”. The manger Rafael did absolutely nothing to right his wrongs and was far from helpful. I think I’ll take my business...
