JN Nails — Local services in Delray Beach

If I could rate zero I would. Poor customer service and quality. There always seem to be only 2 people working. I got yelled at for the following reason: I got a full set on 3/26/16. One of the nails went flying off on Friday 4/01/16. I also noticed the polish was coming off and so were a few of the other nails. I returned to the "salon" today 4/04/16 to get the nail fixed. The woman said she had no time at the moment so I went next door to cvs and came back as instructed. Once she ordered me to her station I showed her the other nails that were about to fall off. She then said she could not fix them because it was not her mistake ( another person did them). She told me to come back tomorrow. I told her I could not because of work plus I just wasted so much time today. So she started to squeeze glue on the loose nails. She was rushing so much that some of the glue got on my fingers and two were sticking together. I asked her to wipe the excess glue but she said it would take the whole nail off. Huh? I proceeded to show her the glue on my finger and she passed her finger on the now dried glue and said it was no big deal. I told her that I feel the glue on my skin. She then said it'll go away once I wash my hands. I looked at her for a minute in disbelief. She finally decided to wipe it off using a used cotton ball with someone else's red polish all over it. So I refused to let her use it so she YELLED AT ME. She said she can't help me although it was their poor work that caused my nails to come loose less than a week after getting them done. Very unhappy with the service and the attitude of the owner. "She" was the one who did my nails and she was constantly grinding on my cuticles even after I pulled away in pain a couple times. She just looked at me and smiled. I presently have little sores around the nails. I have never had that happen. She is very, very RUDE!! When cashing out I was told "no tip on card not good for me" even though the person cashing out asked me. Frankly at that point I didn't care. I put it on the card anyway. Another client who was in there tried to put tip on card and she refused it and then wouldn't let him leave without giving a tip even though he told her he had no CASH. Do NOT...

Arrived here today, was told I could not be taken for a polish change and eyebrows

I left had my cousin call to make an appointment today and long behold she was told she can be taking today

Called the establishment back and told them how that was not right how they treated me he then proceeded to tell me he was to busy at the time. I said you told me I couldn’t be seen at all but my cousin called and you said she can come he told me he felt like I didn’t want to wait I told him you never offered

I told him how unprofessional that was and he said are you gone to keep talking and I did and he hung up
