I have been going to easy nails for quite a few years now and this spa is fantastic. The owner, Lily and her wonderful staff-Kara and Soko- are all outstanding. They are very professional, friendly, kind and do a splendid mani/ pedi. They are following the CDC guidelines, requiring everyone to wears masks, covering the nose and mouth, washing hands before sitting at their stations. They, of course all wear masks and have plastic guards at their stations. I feel very safe and am so glad that they demand this of their customers. Today, I finally found out what everyone meant when they say Iâve met my first âKarenâ.. this woman keep lowering her masK during her mani/ pedii, even when she was repeatedly and politely asked to wear it properly. She was totally uncaring of everyone else in the salon. She then was on her phone for at least 20 minutes at which time she completely removed her mask. All this time Lily was completely her manicure. When she was politely asked to step outside to finish her call, she arrogantly gave us all the finger! Talk about rude, incentivize and ignorant! When she returned inside to pay her bill, she had to be told once again to put her mask on, at which time she went into a very angry and ignorant tirade!When will these young people realize that they should just do the right thing and that the masks will keep...
   Read moreMy first visit here for mani/pedi and I definitely will not return. The tech that took care of me rushed through the process and the results show that. I bought my own polish with me and never had a problem with it showing as transparent before so I asked if she would put another coat on. Well, I guess that was it! She told me âwell, not our productâ as she reluctantly added a third coat. When it was time to move to the pedicure chair, she never offered to carry my purse or water bottle. The pedicure was fastâŠwhen I asked if there was callus on the bottom of my feet, she answered yes and said it was from my shoes. I asked if she would remove it, she got huffy again, reluctantly did it while telling me that some customers donât want it removed and then said the she âis not a mind readerâ! When she removed polish from my toe and I saw a discoloration that I didnât know was there, I asked her âwhat is thatââŠher answer âI donât know, maybe you dropped something on itâ I asked, is it bruised and she came back with âitâs not my toeâ. When she finished, she pointed to the dryer and started cleaning up her supplies. No offer of help to get out of the chair, seat me at the dryer or turn the dryer on. My original mani/pedi was with a technician who behaved like she'd rather be anywhere else. She hardly looked at me, which was probably why she nicked my cuticles 3 times and I felt dirty and really angry when I left. I was finished with that place. Then, the owner Lily tracked me down and phoned. She was very sorry I had such an unpleasant experience and asked me to let her make it up to me. I was touched, but never got around to rescheduling. Then she called again a few weeks later and this time I agreed to accept her offer. My second experience there could not have been better. Lily is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I walked out with a terrific manicure and pedicure, she refused my tip and never once mentioned the review. That's class and the sign of a proprietor who really cares.
