Guaca Go isn’t just a guacamole shop—it’s an avocado-filled wonderland where my taste buds went on a spiritual journey, and my soul experienced enlightenment by way of a perfectly blended guac-to-chip ratio.

I walked in expecting a snack, but what I got was an experience. The guacamole is so fresh it practically whispers, 'I was once an avocado on a sunlit Mexican hillside.' Every scoop was like poetry—smooth, creamy, a little chunky, with the faintest kiss of lime and cilantro that could only be described as chef’s kiss. The chips? Crispier than a comeback tweet. The bowls? They aren’t bowls; they’re vessels of happiness crafted by ancient artisans specifically for the purpose of holding the pinnacle of guacamole.

Then there was the staff—smiling, chip-offering guac warriors who seemed to have been trained by the avocado gods themselves. When I spilled my chips (I was that excited), one staff member slid across the floor like a guac guardian angel, offering a fresh batch without hesitation.

Guaca Go, you have set a new standard. I’m honestly ruined for other restaurants. There should be a national holiday honoring your existence. My only regret is that I can’t give you six...

I left feeling stuffed and HEALTHY! First of all, the manager, Hunter, and his assistant, Aliah (sp) were super informative and friendly. For now they are open 9 am to 9 pm and they welcomed us with open arms at 8:40 pm. They explained the concept (it throws Chipotle out of the park) — and hey, they weigh the meat for you so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. Toppings are unlimited. We had tender sirloin steak. I think it was called Steak Street. We subbed kale mix for the rice, and the mixture of avocado, beans, tomato, onion, garlic, and lime juice were chopped and mixed right in front of us. I threw in chick peas. Every bite was heaven and healthy. I left satisfied, fulfilled, and inspired by this new found place. Visit them in Delray on W. Atlantic and Military Trail...

Really good looking cozy place, I love avocados so the avocados theme is really lovely, but even better is their food, the Carribean Chicken Caesar bowl is MIND BLOWING, it's absolutely amazing! And for only $12 you get quite a big serving, I was very happy with the value, they are very reasonable about it, and best of all they don't use dirty seed oils and cook exclusively with olive oil! A MUST go place if you're looking for affordable clean food, you'll spend less than at McDonald's for infinitely healthier and better...
