I went into the store on Friday, April 29. I ordered an eight piece traditional honey barbecue wings meal. The representative over the phone stated that it would only take 15-0 minutes. So I took my lunch break and drove over there roughly 25 minutes afterward the mail. When I get there the cashier gave me a weird smirk and went over to the counter where my chicken was supposedly being processed. The food was in a bucket upon which he dumped onto a 8 x 10 box wrapped in aluminum foil. He then come To me and states that the food had been in an open area for about 10-15 minutes and that it was probably cold. With a sarcastic smirk stating that he felt kind of sort of bad for me so he wanted to cut me a deal he stated then that I either could take the wings for half off even though they be open exposed and are cold at the present moment or wait 10 to 15 minutes in order for me to receive fresh food. Mind you if I take time to drive to the specific location I expect my food to be a somewhat fresh and/or warm but it wasn't.. I was extremely irritated so I decided that I wanted nothing to do with the food that was prepared for me or lack there of. Mind you this is the second time I thought issues at this location. A week prior I ordered the same exact meal with the same exact expectancy time for the food be repaired and ready to be picked up. As soon as I got there the customer service representative stated that things got a little hectic and my food hasn't even been dropped to be made yet and since he felt kind of bad he would offer me a free beverage for the 10 to 15 minute delay. No I don't mind waiting for my food but if you tell me 10 to 15 minutes for preparation and I get there 20 to 25 minutes after I ordered my food and then you respond and tell me it's going be 1015 more minutes that just states you never drop my food to be made in the first place. It seems to be the same cashier who gives me the sarcastic remarks and ask with no empathy or sympathy for the customer . Jets pizza is a brand amongst any other fortune 500 company in as a returning customer I expect at least quality customer service I cannot get cashiers name but I assure you if I did he would be notated in this review. Read moreI just ordered 2 large pizzas from the Jets pizza on west Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered pickup from the online menu. The website shows daily deal prices online that do not require a coupon or a code. These prices were good for pickup as well as delivery. The cashier Jacob took my order over the phone and I verified the price of each pizza before he placed the order and he assured me that I would get the online prices but when I arrived at the restaurant they refused to honor the online prices and charged me an extra $11 dollars extra for my food. I paid for my food and said “well there goes your tip” because they’re not gonna over charge me and still receive a tip. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager 5 minutes after I left to explain the difference in my food prices and the manager Anthony gets on the phone and starts rudely over talking me telling me I need paper coupons and that he’s not honoring any online prices, then he starts loudly chewing me out and then he just hangs up the phone on me! I have never been disrespected by a manager of any establishment ever and because of this I will never support any Jets pizza, ever! Read moreI have been a devoted Jet’s customer in all areas of the state in which I have lived since 1989. The W Saginaw Jet’s is an embarrassment to the rest of the chain. In the 7 months I have lived in Delta Twsp, this franchise has managed to forget my order once, deliver the wrong order twice, delivered my order to the wrong address, and they have put me on hold and forgotten about me plenty of times. Just now, the girl who took my order couldn’t manage to do it correctly, put me on hold twice, and then I was hung up on by a second girl. This inspired me to call Marco’s, whose efficiency and competence was like that of The Pentagon compared to Jet’s. 12/24/19 update! I am lowering my rating of this place to 1 star! I tried to place an order on Tuesday night. As I started to say what I wanted to order, I was cutoff and told they were not taking orders, because their computers were down, and MAYBE I could call back and order in an hour!
