About 2 weeks ago, the McDonalds app told me that this location was open and taking breakfast orders, so I placed my order. I arrive to the speaker at about 4:50 AM, and nobody says anything. I wait at the speaker with another guest for about 10 minutes until I pull forward to the first window and honk, waiting another 10 minutes before someone finally came to the window. They seemed genuinely shocked that someone was there at such an hour. I explained multiple times that I had a mobile order, yet they kept asking me what I would like to order. After another 10 minutes, I finally made it clear that I had placed an order on the app, already paid, and just needed my food. I was pulled ahead to the second window, where I waited for another 15 minutes, until I honked again. The same representative that I'd spoken to at the previous window came, asked me what I ordered, and said that they'd be right back. 5 minutes later, they come back saying that "everyone on staff is new, and breakfast isn't ready. We can offer a refund, or you can wait about 10 minutes." I chose to wait since I already paid, I was already there, and McDonald's refunds take days to process. I was pulled ahead to the third lobby entrance window. I waited another 20 minutes before honking once again, until a different employee came. They asked me what I ordered, I provided my mobile code and explained that I'd been waiting over an hour for my food, and about 10 minutes later, they returned with my order stating "Sorry about that, nobody from the previous shift told me what you were waiting for, your food's been ready for like 20 minutes and we were waiting for you at the second window." I could tell that was the case because the food was ice cold when I received it.
Fast forward to today, 3/28/2025. I want breakfast, and I'm willing to forgive something that may have been a one time occurrence. I had my doubts though, so I decide to call the store before placing my order to make sure they're taking orders and running smoothly. I call the store, and it rings for about a minute until I'm greeted by something resembling dial-up tones, before being hung up on. Thinking it might be an error, I call back and get the same result.
This location needs a serious overhaul, at least in terms of late night/morning crew. A restaurant that claims to be 24 hours is willing to accept my money and make me wait over an hour for a cold meal? I'm all for giving the benefit of the doubt. But it's not a good sign when the phone line doesn't even connect to the store.

Read moreI frequent this particular McDonald's because its in my area and my children love it whenever its a "fast food day". Usually I hit the drive-thru and keep moving. On this morning I was in rush because of an appointment, so I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwich's for me and my mother. Upon arriving home there was only one sandwich. Agitated I returned to Mickey D's where I was greeted by a young worker by the name of Syron Williams, who kindly took care of the mishap for me. I'm writing a review about this situation because I felt it was deserving. Not because of the missing sandwich, because things are not perfect at the drive-thru sometimes. But I did want to acknowledge the appreciation that I had for Mr. Syron, and his pleasant and overall great attitude towards not only myself, but also other patrons who I have witnessed on occasion and their interactions with this employee. Although it is just a fast food restaurant where tempers can fly all over the place. It is still refreshing to see those individuals who take pride in how they perform their job, especially when it comes to something as simple as good ole fashion "Customer Service". And if others would also have this kind of attitude and professionalism across the board, we all benefit. So again this review isn't solely about this particular McDonald's. If it was, I'd give them 3 stars on "GP", because I like McDonald's! But this review is to give a 5 star credit where I believe its due, and that is to Mr. Syron. Read moreI don’t know what’s going on there. I know they are doing construction but I ordered curbside pick up this morning for breakfast and got the order in before 10:00, here I am a hour later, charged but with no food. I sat there for thirty minutes, during which time not one car was helped. I couldn’t get anyone to come to the window or the door, and no one would answer the phone. On top of that as an outgoing voicemails they have a message someone left from another one of their epic screw ups. I then couldn’t even cancel the order because someone inside the restaurant marked the order as being done. If I didn’t know any better I would think this was some kind of joke for the employees. The second drive thru window, as well as the ground outside of it, was covered in trash and food. Just completely unacceptable!! I know I am not the only one that was pissed off. I wonder how long it’ll take me to get my money back, IF I even do. Corporate says it has to be done at the location.
Update: they actually decided to fight my credit card company over the $11.95 bill for the food that I never received. I went back to try to talk to someone, that didn’t work, so I had to call my card company to cancel the payment. This place wanted to fight that…over $11…for food I didn’t get…this is the type of place that needs to not be open. They (general not meant to imply to all employees) act like you are bothering them.
