I made an online order for this store, last night, July 27th, 2019, waited at home for 20 mins and left. There was a long line as usual, I watched 5 cars leave. I finally got to the speaker after 25 minutes. I then had to wait for them to make my food for another 12-15 minutes. It was a 27 dollar order, and the line was wrapped around the building. I ordered 2 chicken tacos, no lettuce, I got 2 chicken burritos with lettuce. I ordered a chicken chipotle griller, and I got a steak griller. I ordered a reaper ranch burrito with no tomatoes, it had tomatoes. I ordered a quasarito and it had not one piece of rice in it. We did not eat 3 of these items because they were completely wrong and ice cold. By this time its was 12:30 am. I figured I would deal with it in the morning. Went into the store and asked for a manager at around 11:20 am. Was told that there was no manager there, they he would be in at noon. Waited there for 40 minutes until noon. The guy that I was "waiting" for informed me that he was from another store, and that the manager I needed to talk to was the girl that I talked to initially that has had me sitting for 40 minutes hoping I would leave. She then said "there's nothing I can do it was an online order". This is ridiculous. Its an online order, fulfilled by your store and paid for at your store. You would think an online order, a list of everything ordered, would be simple to fulfill. Now I understand why these people will never get paid what they think they "deserve". In the real world, at a real job, this kind of blatant disregard for proper meal preparation and lack of customer service on so many levels and so many times would be grounds for termination long ago. Theyre lucky theyre open so late, they would have shut down a long time ago if it wasn't for that. I will no longer eat here. Go to the taco truck downtown a bit...

Sometimes, in rare instances, I am in a rush and low on calories, so I stroll in to a drive through to get food fast. My expectations are always low as that is the sure way to not lead oneself to disappointment. The illuminating Bell caught my eye amongst the plethora of places and I made the left turn against heavy traffic to obtain sustenance.
Frugal, I usually choose items on the value menu as I feel that I’m there for fuel and not an occasion. This time, I decided to choose the Beefy Melt Burrito.
As I pulled away I remembered that I have a child at home and I need to eat this quickly and dispose of the evidence as to not receive ridicule from my cruel and unusual roommate. I carefully unwrapped one end as I didn’t want any unfolded mistakes to drop onto my well kept $12 joggers from Shein. When I took the first unmindful bite, I was immediately blown away by the flavor and freshness of what I was consuming. Becoming very present, I was mesmerized by the string of cheese from my mouth to the burrito.
I was so taken back that I forgot I was driving a vehicle. I veered into the turn lane and came back to consciousness just in enough time to not hit the vehicle in front of me. Heart racing and life flashing before my eyes, things started to fall into perspective. We are here to help one another.
That being said, there is multiple times where I’ve had enough gangster in me to text and drive and I’ve never almost lost it like I did with this mind blowing $2.79 burrito. I’ve thought long and hard since my purchase 15 min ago and I think we need to start a petition to make driving while Taco Belling illegal.
Stay tuned to your local newspapers and CSPAN for the opportunity to stop people from this and save countless...

We paid for our order at 5:39PM & it wasn't ready till about 6:00; I believe if there wasn't a customer causing a disturbance, time wouldn't have been an issue & I might have waited a reasonable 10 minutes; since there were several dine-in orders ahead of us as well as a long line of cars in the drive-thru it was understandable. This TRASHY short blond woman was being very rude & demanding to everyone. Jonathan (employee) was friendly to everyone, & he kept being very polite to her. She kept loudly speaking about the food crew in such a rude manner, saying "they want to stand around and get paid" when you clearly saw them moving to make food from even the back of the restaurant. Twice she went to grab her food and responded back nastily with remarks like, "Oh yeah? It's actually made right this time?" and every time she never even said what was wrong, just that it "wasn't right." She then started to directly talk to the crew behind the counter, asking if they work tomorrow and saying what she worked, ex. "Oh you have tomorrow off? While you get a paid day off (not true) I get to work 2AM-5PM." She kept threatening to talk to a manager tomorrow, apparently the one on duty wasn't good enough. When in fact he just asked her several times to not talk to them or his crew that way. She caused 2 other customers to be salty to everyone when they had no reason to. A lady was absolutely rude when Jonathan offered a balloon to her son and she snapped back with "ew, I don't want him to have that if it's been sitting on that floor." The boy had already had the balloon in hand, so Jonathan offered for a wipe to clean his hands. DON'T BE SO...
