Really nice people working there, but not enough employees. Very popular Americanized Chinese restaurant (not fast food), drive-through workers are pulling from the same food as the walk-in customer workers, causing long waits and traffic jams. Great food! I had a mobile order go bad at the East Lansing store because at the same time I made my order they had a sudden, unexpected rush from the MSU Arts crowd and both my Orange Chicken and my wife's Beef and Brocolli ran out as they saw our order come in. It happens, and it's not the fault of the employees. To those one-star reviews whining about that and going through the drive-through a half hour before a business closes have obviously never worked in a customer service business or run their own business. If you make lots of extra food, you are left with nothing but loss at the end if the day. Nobody who's in charge of an efficient business does that. Just as well, it takes time to close down a food service business and the employees don't want to spend three hours closing any more than the owners want to pay them to do so. It's extremely wasteful and stupid. Find out what time a business closes before visiting it and don't expect five star service when you show up just before closing time. It's not Me Express, it's Panda Express. Also, unemployed, able-bodied people need to take these jobs and have some pride. I see Help Wanted signs in every other...

Tonight I can through the drive thru and not only tonight but wherever I do there is this one employee who is very compassionate and kind and makes sure you are heard and seen and treated amazingly . Employee name was Lilliana r she always gets our food done Quick and efficiently and always fresh. Unfortunately, tonight, I witness her manager, treat her terribly in front of other staff members and customers over how Liliana treated a customer who was already being very rude and unkind screaming through the drive thru at her although she didn’t respond in a bad manner but with closing the window to avoid the verbally abusive that was given to her, I was very shocked on how management handled the situation when the drive through person wasn’t at fault tonight. I witness this from the drive thru window. Lilliana still treated me fairly and kind after this incident although I feel no staff should be treated in such an away. I am hoping this review shows how sweet this employee was even when treat bad she still made sure she gave customer satisfaction and still went above and beyond. My food was amazing and I hope this young lady has a wonderful night and a better day. (Was not manager Sara as I usual know who that is since I come in so often with my family and kids and she had greeted me and served me when she staff were...

Worst customer service in as long as I can remember. From the cold frigid rude "greeting" in drive-thru, throughout the entire ordering process. The person who took the order/ cashier was insulting, condescending, and highly annoyed with our presence. Her communication style was quite literally deterring. She was unwelcoming, unclear in inquiring "what we want" ed (verbatim), and after proceeding to order she cut us off to say "do you want walnut" (to which we had to clarify, "do you mean honey walnut shrimp(?)" at which time she said uh yeah so that'll be a while, next as we were instructed to tell her "what we want" again, verbatim, we made it through "orange chicken" at wchich time she interrupted again to say "side first." Deplorable customer service would be an understatement. In the amount of time it's taken me to write this review we've yet to receive our food in the waiting area of the parking lot which was anything but defined or clearly directed. As of now an employee has approached our vehicle to say it'll be 5 more minutes. We ordered 1 meal (3 combo) specifically: 1/2 chow mein, 1/2 fried rice, orange chicken, beef broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp. ...

I was hoping for so much more….i got the large meal with lo mein, honey shrimp and mushroom chicken. I got the sweet and sour with plain rice for my daughter. I also got crab rangoons and an egg roll. So, my daughter’s rice was not fully cooked and neither were my lo mein noodles. They forgot my sauces. The “fruit salad” in the kids meal was dehydrated prepackaged apple chips. The main entrees weren’t bad, the egg roll was the best part and the crab rangoons were mid. They gave up fortune cookies but to no fault of theirs mine didn’t contain a fortune. I ordered online and picked up and they seemed confused when I arrived as to what I ordered. Overall, not the best experience. Not sure I’ll go back. Maybe if I’m really wanting drive thru Chinese food.

Poor quality food. The bowl was severely lacking in terms of the amount of meat on it. The items were chewy and seemed overcooked or had been sitting out awhile, as they were warm at best. The mushroom chicken sauce tasted chalky. Lastly, on my husband's 'Bigger Plate' the amount of Beijing beef was surprisingly very small (definitely didn't look like a normal size portion. See red takeout box). Everything was just disappointing and the lack of consistency makes it an unreliable choice, especially with picky kids.

1st time at a Panda Xpress NOT in a mall. Went inside. Had a large order so it made sense. Had to wait for a couple of entrées & sides, no biggie (super greens, sesame chx and beef & broccoli. It was a mess when receiving food so two team members wanted to make sure we didn't leave w/o anything, even after I stopped a young lady from under charging me. Got home and the chx egg rolls were a tad burnt and the beef & broccoli had zero beef [almost]. See pics. It wasn't a terrible experience. I digress, they tried.
