I've been to every breakfast restaurant in our area and this place has the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had from any of the locations in town! Example: Osteen Diner, Cocky Rooster people act like there so GREAT! (NOPE THERE NOT EVEN OK) I won't even get started on there cleanliness or prices..
Back to JOJO's
honestly I hope I don't eat at jojo's to much & burn myself out! 😄 They are a new restaurant in town so there getting the place together but they should move the clutter out of the dining room! Of course if you really nitpicker any restaurant you won't eat anywhere because they all have problems.. BUT... this place seems clean... the staff is nice and obviously there is a learning curve so they're only going to get better as time goes on... HOPEFULLY!! I know of other restaurant in town that were awesome in the beginning but fell of quick.. so I really hope that doesn't happen here because I truly enjoy there food & they have the BEST prices in town!!
With all of that said YES you should 110% try this restaurant!!!
To the owner & staff I wish yall the best & many years of running the business but with the way things are going you may have to find a bigger location because u will be packed soon enough!! You make good food at grate prices & they will come!! 😁
THANK U
‼️UPDATE‼️
Well I've been to this restaurant a hand full of times now and I don't know what happened but the food isn't as good as it was... the services is just OK at best... It seems like the owner hired a few people then left them to run the restaurant into the ground.. It takes a few years to build up real trust worthy employee team before the owner can run a restaurant without being there 24/7 a lazy owner means lazy employees, horrible food quality and this restaurant is the perfect example... I REALLY HOPE THEY FIX THE PROBLEM but if I had to guess they will close before they succeed.. maybe I'm wrong but time will tell...
I'll definitely update this review if I see...
Read more(From December 9th, 2023) I found this restaurant from a Deltona Facebook Group post. We were out running errands and decided to stop by for breakfast. We spent about an hour and twenty minutes or so in here. It took a while to even get our drink orders taken. The two waitresses seemed young and focused on the tables they were already helping versus coming over to a new table. The place was very busy (it was about 1120 AM - today a 12.9.2023). Someone who wasn't a waitress did come take our drink order. She was very nice. The food took quite a while to come out. A man from the kitchen (he seemed to maybe be the head of the kitchen?) apologized as they had an employee with an emergency that cut down their cook time - and unfortunately it happened during their rush. Everyone was very nice though. The young waitress with purple hair did come over and refill out drinks after a bit and spoke to us. There was also another lady who worked there (I didn't get her name but she has family up north) who came and spoke to our one year old when she was getting fussy! She really helped calm our daughter down and was really sweet. I feel they were just a tad overwhelmed when we first got there. Overall, the food, especially for the prices, was great. I shared French toast sticks and bacon with my one year old. My partner had the steak and eggs. For $8.99, he got steak, 2 sunny side up eggs, hash browns, and an English muffin. I'm not a steak eater but I'm always skeptical when he orders it at like a diner/cafe. However; he was incredibly happy with it. He said it was cooked perfectly and it had good flavor! Overall, despite the slower service, we'll definitely be back! Newer places have kinks to make work out and there's nothing wrong...
