Had a group of 5 adults and 7 kids. Had a few drinks that took forever to get . We were talking and didnāt bother us much . Ordered a 2nd round and the waitress didnāt even refill the kids drinks or ask the kids for refills. Have to flag down 10 min later for kids drinks so we figure we better order food same time .. 20 min later kids got their drinks. We order another round knowing that itās taking time ⦠another 20 min we get ours while still waiting for food. Another 25 min later food starts coming out. Itās coming out cold orders are incorrect missing things that are supposed to be on it. All good kids and adults were like cold cold. And still half the people didnāt get their food. We ask for food thatās wrong to be righted and staff gets upset. Say kitchen is busy. Well if kitchen is backed up and busy our food should be hot when it comes not cold. Another 30 mins pass and no food or updates. Ask to speak to a mangers. 20 mins comes over and apologizes and gives same excuses. Says they will take care of bill and make things right. 20 min pass again and they start brining out bills. Not warm food or righted food or food for kids that still havenāt gotten food. Manager walks over and says weāve taken care of things . Well we still have people that are hungry and people that havenāt eaten their cold food. Explains we need to pay for drinks (which okay). And when we ask about the missing food and such says oh didnāt think you all wanted to wait longer . Well itās been almost an hour and you couldāve at least righted the wrong. So he walks away again comes back and says alright all set . Well I feel we need to pay for adult beverages which. So everyone one walks out try and find him to pay for beverages . Finally pay and when get outside find out staff was hissing like cats and ridiculing kids and women for what happened like it was our fault. Iāll never go back and suggest the same for...

After our drinks ran dry the second time we knew the ordeal to get them refilled and did not want to go through that again. I put in an order for extra celery sticks twice and never got them but I did pay for them. When we asked for to-go boxes and some cups for the salsa and guacamole she brought the boxes and 32oz drink cupsā¦š§ What the actual hell is wrong with BWW in Denton?
Oh! And the food came out ice cold. Kitchen was in the same state of disfunction apparently.š¤¦āāļø
One star because I couldnāt give zero. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service at the bar here is pretty terrible. I was there tonight (May 24th; Thursday night.) When I was ready to leave I spent about 15-20 minutes trying to get the bartenderās attention. At which point I became visibly frustrated and intentionally made eye contact with a helpful server that got her attention. When he did, the bartender finally prepared my ticket and said to me: āWhy didnāt you say something?ā Which felt sort of ironic since I was able to get the attention of the other helpful server within five seconds of trying via eye contact, which is the same exact method I employed to attempt to get the bartenderās attention initially. The concept of āserviceā sort of requires that you check in with me periodically. Which was extra frustrating as I watched the bartender check in with several other people at the bar. Furthermore, trying to put the ownus on me for not āsaying somethingā because you werenāt doing your job is even more irritating. On top of all of the, the boneless wings were a total joke as they varied in size from something like a small Cheeto to a McDonaldās nugget. And the fries were cold. Itās probably safe to say I wonāt be coming back here. Which Iām bummed about because I love how many tvās the have for sports and I was super interested in checking out the trivia night. But eating out is too expensive these days to deal with poor service.
