Just wanted to say hello and wanted to share my experience at this establishment many call panda express. Starting when I walked in a very tall neon wearing handsome gentleman cooking the chow mien looked me in my eyes and asked how my day was...I was immediately distraught and felt a tingle from head to toe. I immediately had to rush to the bathroom after feeling something enlarging below my waist...while I was in there fixing myself he also came to check on me...HE NOTICED HE MADE ME NERVOUS, and I knew he came in to tease me even more. Without even giving me time to react he grabbed me and took me into a stall...that's been the best feeling I've had in a while...except I was about to feel something much more pleasing...once he was done with me he left and I had to clean myself up on my own, that's why I've given 3 stars for service. He gave me an inverted bukaki while feeding me chow mien out of his pocket, not to mention his big tree trunk he had in his pants. Here is a picture I have created to show my honor and support to this wonderful employee and establishment. Potential Necromancer may be at this establishment.

EDIT: Wow! Looks like I’m not the only review that thinks the food is not very good. Go to the north side Panda, it’s much better (on University). This is the 2nd time I’ve been here, to the south side Panda (Hwy 288), both times the food was gross. I asked for a Bowl, but because I didn’t want sides, she would only allow me to have a small a la carte box. I don’t do carbs (rice/noodles). Why can’t I be charged more & just get a Bowl? Versus a tiny box. This isn’t a snack, it’s supper. Yes, I’m still hungry & just ate “supper.” The north side gives way more food. I didn’t want to eat out of a Barbie doll tiny box, they still wouldn’t give me a bowl. They gave me a paper plate that was so dirty I didn’t dare eat on it. We’re NEVER coming to this one again. I never have issues at the north side. Plus the food is a lot better on the north side. In addition, the north side says “hi” to you as you enter the door. This south side store ignored us for 10 minutes.

Even after weeks apart the same outcome is always delivered at this location. Out of every panda Express I have gone for a quick lunch, this location has always delivered at least one entree and or side that is undercooked such as white steamed rice. If it's not that then I have received food that is old. For instance, instead of receiving fresh broccoli. I opened the to go box only to find out the broccoli I recieved with the broccoli beef was moist and brown. This time I recieved teriyaki sauce that was old and looked like jello. The following picture describes what I had mentioned in this review. The drive through wait time takes a while as well. Hope nobody receives food like this.

If you're looking for great customer service at this Panda location, make sure to stop in when Marcia is working the front. Her warm smile and friendly attitude make all the difference in the dining experience. Unfortunately, not all the employees are as attentive as she is. I've encountered some stingy, rude, indifferent, and classless employees who seem to be in a rush to serve the next customer.

Despite the mixed customer service, I keep coming back to this location because the overall food quality is decent. However, I have noticed that some dishes seem to be over-saturated with sugars, which can be a bit overwhelming.

As someone who spends at least $100 per month at this location, I can confidently say that Marcia is an asset to the business. Her positive energy and genuine interest in customer satisfaction make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I only wish that all the employees could match her level of service.

Overall, the dining experience at this Panda location can be hit or miss depending on who's working the front. But if you're lucky enough to be greeted by Marcia, you're in for a treat. I'll keep coming back to see her warm smile, and I hope the other employees can learn a thing or...

I tried to place an order for pick up over the phone like I’ve done many times before here and at the University location. The lady proceeded to tell me that they do not do pick up over the phone and I had to use the app. When I tried to use the app it crashed over and over and never placed my order. Due to the app not working I called back again to tell them their app didn’t work and to try to place an order over the phone because of it. She was really rude to me and said that I could call Uber or door dash. That doesn’t make any sense considering I just wanted to quickly pick up an order. The entire interaction on the phone and in the drive through was not only rude but also slow. Once we got to the drive through there was only 1 person ahead of us and we still waited 20 minutes. They also got the order wrong and we had to say it again for them. We have never had a good experience at this location as every time we ordered online it the past it was never ready at the specified time. They always made it in front of us as if we were a walk in customer. Which defeats the purpose of an online order. The university location will definitely get my business before...
