Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Denton

Today was my first experience at the new store. I was excited to find sizes available that weren’t at the Southlake location. With a cart full of items I proceeded to checkout with my exchanges and one return. Unfortunately the manager Betsy swooped in to apparently patronize me. Told my sales clerk Debrah that they wouldn’t accept my return because it had been worn. With the tags still on the item, my receipt already handed to them, I proceed to inform Betsy that it wasn’t ever worn and I knew the policy of return because I had asked before I purchased it from Southlake. She proceeded to find every possible flaw she could to refuse the return. Walked away from the counter even mocking my understanding of their return policy. As a consumer this is unacceptable. I wasn’t trying to be difficult but she definitely was.( It was a difference of $40 dollars.) This was my second large purchase in two weeks from a Nordstrom Rack. Very disappointed on how I was treated and how things were handled. Use caution, and don’t assume that the manager is there to help at all. Came into the store for the past few days to do some Christmas shopping. That little fella Ej is out of this world! Beautiful smile, such a welcoming voice and goes above and beyond! Checking out with him was the best experience I’ve had at any Nordstrom I ever experienced! Can’t believe he’s not climbing the corporate ladder there yet!
