This was an experience for my eight year old granddaughter and she loved it. Everything went well until I went to pick up Tumblr. Since it was for her birthday, she was able to Pick out some vinyl and they would place her name on it. When I went back today to pick it up, the vinyl was placed very crooked. I commented and the sales lady said yes I see that it’s crooked although you would’ve thought she would’ve apologized in advance because it was so obvious. She did tell me I could call and the manager might let us redo it. I’m not sure if there’s time for that before school starts but the point of this is it’s a lot of money to pay for a finished product that looks sloppy. Plus, I feel like a bit of a snob wanting to redo it because the name is crooked, but it’s not that hard to place final correctly. It just takes patience! Fun experience,...

I recently had a date with my daughter at your establishment, and while the staff member working that day was very kind, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I spent $100 for two bears and paint, and our time painting lasted only 22 minutes, which felt quite expensive for what we received.

Additionally, when I came to pick up the bears on Monday as instructed, I found that both were still very sticky and had visible marks, indicating they hadn’t dried properly.
