I have been to this bar several times on different occasions. WORST experience thus far on fry!
They will kick you out if you don’t tip! Quality in customer service is poor.
I have been trying to contact the owner about my concerns and problem for over a month with this establishment, and all the personnel does is send you on hunts for contact that they will not give you as a concerned customer.
Their lack of problem solving skills, and care for customers is what disappoints me, and will become toxic to the long-term future as a company. **(Replying to the OWNER post)
It seems as if you don’t care about the customers which is bringing in REVENUE for your business. I have been trying to get ahold of the owner for now over a month about my problems. This review only can about because of the failed communication on your end.
It is even worse that your response still doesn’t concern your customers, but only your staff. I know all the staff at this establishment it’s not all of them just select personnel. You all have took extra money from me since I didn’t tip, and as well treated me like less than. I too have an establishment of my own, and it’s not being childish if someone voices their opinion on a matter that hasn’t been resolved. I have as asked for your contact information on different occasions, and have been given wrong information by YOUR staff. The only reason others were involved was because of the previous attempt to get your information was FALSE, and I have text messages and pictures to support my claims made. Since I couldn’t get ahold of you I voiced my concern via google. Don’t call someone childish because this review sheds light on what really happening other than the FAKE reviews posted by your staff. I only was kicked out because of personal vendettas that I was unaware of until the lady behind the bar herself spoke about. I would believe that you ran a business and understand that at times business and personal adgenda don’t mix all the time.
I have always like this bar until now. You have shown me that something is really wrong by being unbothered by a problem that can cripple your growth.
I will no longer stop by your place of business until these problems are fixed.

Yeah seems as if you have a little bit more to learn about respect yourself seeing that you find it comfortable to curse at others let alone a customer. Their are so many words in the dictionary, it’s scary to believe I may be talking to someone that lacks in knowledge or a mental capacity. And as the last resort for communication, you are truly a reflection of not just your staff but as well your establishment.
